Friendly staff First of all 30k to park the bike in front of the hostel is not ok and it should be included when it's on their property. But I also expected a lot more from a 220k hostel as far away from the city center as this one. The owner was very friendly and gave me another bed when I complained about the other room being smelly. I don't want to bash them but it's not worth the price you pay in my opinion.

The bathroom and the long stay guests .

The owners were the nicest people ever. I got scammed by a Bus service and she did everything she could to help me get my money back and I could extend without any problems. Also the property is in a very quiet neighborhood outside of the city which is great if you don’t like the chaos I really don’t want to say anything negative, because it was excellent and I met so many nice people. The only thing was that my mattress was full of hair, but I removed them and it was okay

Shoes out of the house rule. The overall level of cleanliness. It felt like home, to the point that even the other guest felt like family. Nothing

Everything was fine, manager ran a tight ship. Nothing really

I’ll be staying here for more than two weeks(since march 18 I have been staying here), and it already feels like home. The place is cleaned daily. When needed, I can ask for my sheets and pillowcases to be changed. If I need my clothes washed, the host takes care of it kindly. The location is convenient—close to everything. My favorite part is the breakfast; I get to choose from different options. Everything I need is available, including a hair dryer, bathroom, iron, and even a lovely yard to relax in. Nothing to say

I have traveled all over the world, but this is the first time I am giving the lowest rating in a hotel review. This place does not return the deposit. The staff's attitude is the worst. At night, the hostel locks its front gate, but this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site or explained to guests. When I returned at 2 AM, the gate was locked. I called, but no one answered. I had to knock on the gate until someone finally opened it. When the staff member came out, she started verbally abusing me. Reflexively, I responded, and she then grabbed a broom and attacked me, trying to throw me out. Feeling unsafe, I stayed calm and waited for her to settle down. Eventually, I waited until she went back inside and was finally able to enter the hostel. The next day, when I checked out, she claimed that the door was broken and refused to return my deposit. The door was not broken. When I repeatedly asked for my deposit back, she changed her story, saying, "You kicked me yesterday, so I won’t return it." When I denied this, she claimed there were security cameras. I asked to see the footage, but she refused to show it to me. After more requests for my deposit, she then said, "I don’t even work here, so I don’t have the authority to give it back." This person is a compulsive liar with no sense of customer service. I felt deeply disappointed. I recorded part of my interaction with her on video, so I have evidence. However, the police refused to intervene because the deposit amount was too small. I sincerely hope that no one else ever stays at this hostel.

the showers were good and the outside area was a nice place to chill my mattress was literally wood it was aweful but only for one night so not the end of the world

The owners were a lovely couple, always greeting kindly and offering suggestions as of what to see. The location, whilst far from the old district (opposite side of the lake), has bus stops right next to it, that lead towards the old district (and the buses cost barely a couple of cents). Being right next to the lake, you can enjoy local cafe's only a short walk away. Every morning one of the owners would prepare local Vietnamese breakfast for me that I enjoyed thoroughly. Sometimes the shower water was cold, but cold showers are all the rage now :D

Nothing really... The room was very very cold, and the one little blanket wasnt enough. They were also very rude.

Very good

This place is located just in a few steps of the West Lake. All the beautiful coffee shops are at a walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rest room is clean and has got hot water. The WiFi connection is good. Downstairs is a nice common area where you can chill or work. They have a small yard where you can rest and have a cup of coffee. They serve nice breakfasts. The owners are lovely people read to help and support. I really recommend this place for all the people visiting Hà Nội. It’s great combination of budget and comfort. None

From the price you are going to pay, you must add 15k to each of the following items: . Towel . Body soap . Shampoo . Toothpaste and toothbrush . Bicycle parking . Motorcycle parking . Locker in the room, each one has a different price, breakfast is half a baguette that you have to remind them many times because if they can forget, they will not serve you breakfast. My experience was very bad, they are desperate to charge you and the services are bad, the bicycle was broken, they charged me for it as new. It is a family home and the public places are occupied by said family. The location is remote, I do not give them zero because I know that a lot of work is involved in reputation

I like this place and am staying here for the second time. It’s usually not crowded and is a pretty comfortable place to stay in Hanoi. The family running this property are very nice people. I will definitely recommend this place.

the hospitality of the owner staffs

If you want to pay for every little thing and deal with a couple whose rude behavior stands out, this is the place for you. Everyone I met at the hostel felt the same about how unfriendly they are. Parking, towels, and even leaving your bag cost extra. To top it off, they ask for a good review in exchange for late check-out. Don’t believe the good reviews—there are much better hostels. And sure, they’ll probably respond saying it’s not true, but trust me, everything I wrote here is accurate.
