There is no staff at all and you can only communicate with an old security. The room is so old, everything is dirty, had to change to another hotel immediately

For the first time, the room smells weird. And when I stay on the first floor, I hear all the elevator and doors opening and closing. For the second time, the room is too cold in the winter. There is no heater. For the third time, the staff is too slow to respond. The staff is not always on duty, and the security guard is always not able to speak any English. And for the last time, if you want to leave your bag, you ask for money. I told them that if you give 200,000 units to the security guard, they'll keep your bag in a safe place. I think this is nonsense in common sense. I think it's the worst in terms of quality of service and in many ways for the price. There are many other options, so I think it's better to avoid this.

Good location. The room was very clean. Had all amenities. Good AC, good bed. The check-in worker was really unfriendly at the beginning. This needs to be improved. The check in in a parking garage is also not so nice. The plates and cutlery were very dirty as well

The location was good Very average accommodation based on the cost Rude staff & no reception - have to deal with security based in the underground carpark (based on Mark's review from New Zealand, I had a very similar experience) No washing machine in apartment (as advertised)

Only one staff member on site who couldn’t speak English and couldn’t read Vietnamese. Google translator didn’t help since they couldn’t read

The location was very good and the bed was comfortable. The security staff was drunk and acting strange when entering and leaving. The tv never worked and nobody came to fix this for us. The shower arrangement was poor and the floor is always soaking wet. The toilet gun is too powerful and painful and cannot be adjusted. No cleaning service during the stay. Overall very poor experience and not worth the money. Strongly suggest avoiding.

Overall a pleasant room and comfortable. The room is brightly lit, clean, a good size and the plants are real! I liked the locationand and found it quite at night on the 4th floor. Good WiFi and good communication. I switched off the fridge when i arrived as it was making a noise. I have informed them about it and recommend a new fridge.

I liked the location and everything I didnt like the customer care services, I spent 4 nights and no body came to clean my room even though I tried to contact the management no body picked,

Such a nice place! Clean, heaps of space, netflix all set up, great for a few days. Only downside is it being a little far away from the centre, but it wasn’t far to catch a grab in (or expensive)

Really nice place and the location is about 4km from Old Quarter. The bus runs very near and it's fast to get places even with the terrible traffic. Bed is very soft and space is nice. Shower hot water runs out very fast, so hope you like cold showers. Must space out showers for two people. Unexcusable for this price

Modern apartment in good area. Good bed and good tv. not clean , stains everywhere, shower very scummy. Hot water only last 5 minutes. lacking utensils.
