The room was quiet given that it's still in the old quarter, so we had a good night sleep. We can still hear noises from the corridor, but it wasn't as loud as our other stays. Staff was friendly, and the location was in a good place. I'd recommend staying here if you're here for a short stay.

We booked the room at the last minute, but everything turned out very well. Our trip happened to fall during the 80th Independence Day celebration, so it was very crowded. The hotel has a great location, and red flags were everywhere. Thank you to Mr. Long for helping us when we needed it – it was truly helpful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and had an excellent attitude, which made my stay pleasant. However, the facilities could be improved, and my room did not have a window, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center, making it very convenient to visit surrounding areas, especially the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly, especially Quenny and Thao at the front desk.

Construction work happening that was not told of drilling noise from 6am -9pm everyday. Room did not match pictures online. Extreme mould in the shower, hot water runs out if 3 people shower. Breakfast was under expected level, quality of food was poor, limited variety. Extremely noisy if your room is at the front they said they have ear plugs for guests but could not provide. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known and wouldn't have to pay a second time.

The staff at the hotel, especially Thuy at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thuy gave us great recommendations for shopping and entertainment spots, and she was always enthusiastic and eager to help. She even took the time to ask about our itinerary and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, the service was excellent, and we felt very well taken care of

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Thuy and Thao at the front desk. They were always welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm attitude really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place – great service and great people!
