Great location, walkable area to eateries, grocery, cafe, etc. Toiletries provided, breakfast was alright. The rooftop area where breakfast is held was nice. We were not impressed with this stay. The hotel itself could use some major upgrades, just very run-down, shower was busted, bathroom was very outdated in general. Not very much lighting in the room, the staff was mostly friendly, but we did have a weird interaction with a housekeeper knocking on the door at 6:00 (thankfully we were already awake) and trying to give us a pair of men's shorts, but due to the language barrier she was not understanding that they didn't belong to us, and came into our room to call the front desk... it was very odd. She was adamant that they belonged to us when they did not.

Location was a few minutes walk from the Old Quarter, that means quiet streets in the evening. Breakfast has a good selection of food, even have an omelet and Pho station. We booked our Halong Bay tour with the reception, the service they used was very nice with reasonable rates. Check in and out was easy. They kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Nothing that would require a mention.

Elevator and full bottle toiletries. Elegant decor, and small touches such as scissors in room. Consistency in reception customer service. Some were fabulous, others not so.much.

We went out one day for 8 hours and found that the cleaning staff had left our door open all day. All of our belongings were in an unsecured room. Very disturbing. The next day no cleaning. The day after they were there after 6:30 PM when we got home from dinner and had to wait for them to finish outside the room. The last day no cleaning and after 9 PM a staff member knocked on the door asking if we wanted our room cleaned. We were getting ready for bed so declined. The cleaning schedule is a mystery and inconvenient. The unlocked and wide open door to our room is very concerning. Never had that happen before.

Located right in the heart of downtown Hanoi - the beeps from the traffic going by were definitely something that we had to get used to.

Great location , staff is very friendly and have a good level of English Not the cleanest place, Don't have a western breakfast and despite the hotel is new , it hasn't been properly finished and you can see loose cables
