Great spot, very clean, very nice staff, I loved it!

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Bathroom could use more ventilation as it gets very warm in the summer time. Almost feels like a sauna even with cold water on.

The beds were spacious and comfortable and the room itself was also very big. We did not hear the street, and really appreciated the top floor with view and additional seating area. Front desk was also very helpful. Location was central and convenient. The room was smelly, probably from the drain in the bathroom. You kind of got used to the smell but it wasn't too nice upon entering the room. Also the floor under the bath was rather moldy since the water spilled over easily and got stuck under.

The location was good. Most of the staff was good and one in particular was outstanding. The upstairs lounge area was nice, but not set up for comfort. The free washer and dryer were very nice. The room was not completely clean, but clean enough. The towels were not cotton and not absorbent. My room was rather dark even though it had two small windows. However, one front desk person badly miscalculated my bill and insisted she was correct. I refused to pay and another staff person eventually straightened it out. Later I needed to book a train and she was on duty and I didn’t trust her to do it correctly. So I had to wait until the last minute for another person to be on duty to make my booking. Also, even worse, I never got a wake up call that I had requested. This is a very serious matter for a hotel to mess up. Fortunately, I didn’t need the call to wake me up, but still. It could have been disastrous. Then as I waited for my pick up at the front desk area for about ten minutes, no one was there to speak to about the problem. I looked all around and shouted for them repeatedly, but no one responded. This should not happen. So my experience at this hotel was mixed.

We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop to celebrate the New Year! The availability of a washing machine and dryer was just perfect and so handy. It was in the old quarter and a short 20-minute walk in the morning to Hoan Lake to watch the locals do Tai Chi or dance class, a calm side before the city woke up. The man at reception was also helpful in assisting us in booking transport from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, which even came with seats that had a massage function! Ordering a grab from the location was a bit tricky, but we could walk easily.

Amazing staff waited until 2 am that I arrived. Always available. Great location.

The location was convenient and provided easy walking access to most of the key sites and locations one would typically want to visit as a first timer. Close to lots of shopping and eating options. Free laundry was very convenient. The light in the room was minimal and had only one small outside window. It was a minor inconvenience to have to walk up to the 7th floor from the 6th (elevator only goes to the 6th floor by design) every time one wants to use the laundry facilities and/or shared kitchen area, get coffee, tea, etc.

It is accessible and isn’t situated in some kind of dark alley. None.

The staff were very very good. The hotel had good facilities like a community kitchen on the top floor.

Good location. Top floor terrace has amenities: kitchen, laundry facilities, etc. Rooms are clean and in good condition.

I like the washing machine with also a dryer and the location accessible for everything you need.. The staff also they are very helpful and nice specially VAN she arrange our sleeper bus going to sapa and tour for halong bay,ninh bihn.. THANK YOU VAN! The shower and lavatory at least they have partition. There pillows is very hard.

Noisy tenants and the access to the rooftop was difficult as I am traveling with a disabled kid in a wheelchair.

Everything was great, the room was really nice and clean and they gave us free snacks and drinks. However, the most outstanding thing about this place was the customer service. I managed to lose my passport on my way from the airport and Emy went an extra length to help me add much add possible, she talked to the people in the lost and found department and the airport and after realising that it was in the taxi she managed to communicate with the driver who gave my passport back. I would have been completely lost without her! So thank you so much for everything!!!

We had a great stay. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Clean, spacious rooms, beds are comfortable and very close to the center of Hanoi. The rooftop with kitchen, free coffee and free laundry is a really nice attention. Nothing.

Our favorite hotel in Hanoi! My boyfriend and I discovered this gem on TikTok and loved it so much, we’ve stayed here twice already. It truly feels like a home away from home. The location is super convenient, the reception team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the shared amenities—like the washer, dryer, and coffee station—are such a bonus. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless. We honestly have nothing but great things to say and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi Nothing - everything was perfect!

Great staff. Incredible welcome and thoroughly helpful in planning our tour activities in and around Hanoi. Also great assistance in other information regarding food and shopping. Such a cozy room and incredible pleasant stay.
