The place was good, it was calm and in a good neighborhood in the city where we could walk around to see things. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean as well. It was great. Nothing specifically, I think everything was good, the only thing they could add is more options for the breakfast, we didn't have different things to choose from to eat, we only had to take one or two things we liked.

We enjoyed our stay at Canary Hotel. The hotel’s main advantage was the location - not exactly in the main tourist area but close to all the monuments. The room was pretty and matched the photos. The staff was helpful. Breakfasts were average and there was not a lot to choose from. There was no description provided to the dishes, making us not know what were eating.

Clean, staff great. Hot water on top floor which was great. Room was modern. Great price. Near train street. Pillows were hard. Location quite far out from centre.

Nothing The room smelled like damp clothes which have been kept in a washing machine for 3 days. There’s no natural light. You can get better value for money elsewhere.

Quiet corner of a small street so not easy to locate from taxi but perfect for a good night sleep, staff or next door could be loud early morning though. Breakfast is perfect for us, both Vietnamese and continental choices, lovely sunny room with excellent view over the city, staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus for breakfast quality and staff:)

Friendly staff We got a real "no-view-room". Afterwards we learnt that in vietnam some rooms really have no window. So be careful when chosing the room. For us it was a bit strange to have no sunlight but on the other hand, it was very quite and good to sleep over the jetlag. :)
