There was construction happening on the roof. Loud banging sounds at 11pm and 5am. Could not sleep well on the executive floor.

Breakfast was great. Staff and services were professional and friendly. Good cost performance considering the location that's not too close to hectic areas, across a newer park, walkable, and Grab easily recognizes the hotel. Pool was nice too. Not that I didn't like, but I wished the gym had newer equipments. Spa also can use a really cold water bath to be paired with the sauna. Also the room had a slight scent of old carpet that can use a cleaning or conversion to hardwood floor.

The lobby and restaurants are welcoming. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the common spaces. The reception staff is professional. The hotel rooms are carpeted which might need a modern update.

The hotel had a very French appeal. It was lovely and in a great location. It was nice being away from the busy old city. We enjoyed our stay. The things that I didnt like are not such a major concern, however I will name what I thought could be improved upon. The bar, the bar staff were a little rude, (language barrier was a concern), there was not a lot of menu items in terms of drinks or wine to choose from. I found it very excessive that you had to purchase a whole bottle of prosecco in order to have a glass. Our room was lovely, however it was starting to look a little dated and the showers were not that clean. Could do with a really good rejuvenation of the showers.

This is the second time we visit this japanese hotel. The cuisine is 5 stars!! Best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had, with a lot of japanese food.

I like breakfast and staffs. Very nice breakfast, friendly helpful professional staffs. There’s not a shower bath. Only bathtub . I like to have a shower stand separately.

Nice public areas. Beds were comfortable and the rooms seemed clean except for the carpets. Need to shampoo the carpets, it really gives a dingy look to have unclean carpets.

Good location, helpful staff, and a relaxing spa. This hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, offering plenty of space and a decent level of comfort. It’s a solid choice for a pleasant visit to the city. Slightly overpriced.

I would expect from a 5 star hotel that they update the opening hours of their facicilties on booking. the pool was closed at my stay. would be nice to know before I booked.
