I had a wonderful stay in Canary Hotel in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm and friendly attitude. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for excellent service and clean accommodations.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in finding us tours and prices, booking trips and tickets. The process was made very simple It needs maintenance done. Chair legs falling off. Shower heads falling off. Toilets had trouble flushing. Shower water running out of cubical and all over the bathroom. The internet pictures didn’t show the location was in a back alley where taxi and mini bus had trouble accessing. Very loud in the corridors, hearing other people yelling.

Not much. We booked the room in the morning and arrived at 1am to find the rooms weren't ready so we waited it was a minor inconvenience but did waste some time hanging around. After finally getting into our rooms we found the water running from the tap and shower was muddy dark brown water, unfit to wash with. We asked for the girl at reception to order us a taxi an she said we should download the grab app, the photos from booking.com look nothing like the hotel in reality. This hotel is very outdated and needs a refurb, I wouldn't have minded much but we paid a premium that I would expect at least abut better quality accommodation.

Near the dentist I go. The breakfast no Standard and no drink, drink need to pay.

We used this room just as a shower/day room close to The Lotte Center (with city observation deck) as we arrived in Hanoi at 2pm from Halong and had a late flight out from the airport at 11. It worked out fine for that. Location is about 5 mins easy walk from there. The bathroom was not quite clean - but not too bad.

Poor service, staffs needed to trained and improve hospitality. I booked second time stay and the same terrible issues, when I booked to come check in, receptionist said no room type for my booked room and have higher category with extra charge and I am so happy the way to fix issue
