Massive sized apartments and bathrooms - plenty of space for a family of 4. We had confirmed with the staff prior to arrival that we had washing machines, when we got to our room - there wasn't one. They did however rectify it and provide one quite quickly. Had issues with it then leaking but again, rectified immediately.

The 2 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor was quiet, clean, super spacious and had a bonus washing machine. The staff were super nice, and helpful. The location to a 711 type shop across the road and a coffee shop nearby. Although we were on the 18th floor there was still street (and loud music noise from time to time) noise as there was a really large gap between the windows and the ceiling where we could see daylight. I wouldn't like to be in this room in high winds as it would be windy inside. The TV was pixelated and glitchy, made it very hard to watch anything. The shower over bath meant that the shower head was aimed at your belly button and made washing your hair one handed tricky. There were a few fittings like the towel rails that weren't really fixed to the wall properly.

Location was away from many pickup point but did not matter at all for privately arranged transport thus worked better during road closures when 10 day national day celebrating occured. . By all means everything exceeded my expectation therefore book it twice during our stay

Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms excellent. The spa and pool area plus workout room were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful all of the time. Breakfast options were excellent and the location was fairly close to the market area. Our apartment could have been cleaned better each day by the housekeeping staff.

There was nothing Not to like. Loved the Indoor Pool etc. The Apartment was outstanding!! Including the friendly staff!! Regarding the Breakfast, There wasn't enough options for Westerners like me. We not too into Vietnamese foods so we had to make do with what was available!!

Our stay in this hotel was really enjoyable. Room is big enough, clean and fresh. The sheets and towels smell really nice. Bed was so soft. It was nice to sleep. Guests have good choice of food for breakfast and it's delicious. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Spa is pretty good, however it has women and men zones (I didn''t expect it. Suposed to chill with my husband). Buffet was nice with great choise of dumplings and other food. Moreover our room was upgraded for bigger one for free. I don't know why, but whenever someone used the bathroom, we always heard the doorbell ringing, even though there was no one in the hallway.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and honest, going above and beyond by returning our bag left in the restaurant. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient and well-situated for exploring Hanoi. The facilities were excellent, the location was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay.

After a 30 hour trip from the UK it was a pleasure to arrive at this hotel. I checked in at 1am and the guy on the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect I had a spa and massage the next morning 100% recommended
