The breakfast was the best part of staying here; we're vegetarians and they had just enough options to keep us content. The location is good if you want to explore the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and very fluent in English. The room looked way different in real life than in the pictures. The ceiling was low. There was nothing relaxing, inviting or cozy about the room. It felt like a hole you wanted to escape (even though it was sufficiently clean and the bathroom was fine). You hear the noise from the outside at all hours (although greatly reduced). If you can get a deal on this place, consider it, otherwise don't. We paid a lot for a New Year's stay, a week later we were back in Hanoi and we paid less to stay in a much fancier, inviting and nice hotel (also with a good breakfast) and it was even closer to the attractions in the Old Quarter.

Comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location. Ms Thu was very helpful booking excursions to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with a dedicated driver. She also followed up daily to ensure that every thing was ok. Mildew in the bathrooms.

Amazing location, so convenient and close to everything. The staff were so kind and accommodating. Our room had everything we need, a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and it was so quiet at night we slept so well. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

I like how the staff were very accommodating. They would recommend food places and attractions to visit. They even prepared a birthday cake for my dad on our last day as a gesture which we really appreciate None

Loved the location. When we arrived early in the morning, it felt deserted, but once the shops opened, the area came to life. The room we were assigned had a cracked floor and stained bedsheets. While the cracked floor was noticeable when we entered and somewhat unpleasant to look at, it wasn’t a major concern. However, we only discovered the stained bedsheets when we were about to go to bed.

Everything is great. Very good location in the city center. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Special thanks to Lee, he helped me a lot to go to Ha Long Bay. I recommend.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, conveniently placed and very good value for money. The staff were attentive and professional. Thu ensured we were well looked after and sent reminders about airport pickups and drop offs. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi. We will be returning soon. Having to leave.
