Spacious modern apartment with great views, very clean and comfortable, friendly staff Location is not central. We knew this and needed a place to regroup during our trip so this worked out well.

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, located in a very tall tower. The first lobby is on the ground floor, while the second lobby is impressively situated on the 32nd floor. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Mr. Thang, who was exceptionally dedicated in assisting guests. He provided us with plenty of useful information about the city and its tourist attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was satisfying, and when we asked the restaurant to prepare a dish with avocado, they happily made it for us. The next day, we requested a special Arabic dish and even explained how to make it — and once again, they prepared it with joy and kindness. Truly wonderful people — thank you all so much! There’s a recurring issue we’ve noticed across many hotels in Vietnam: the lack of brochures or informational guides in English about the country's tourist attractions. This leaves the responsibility entirely on the visitor to search for places and plan on their own, which can make things more challenging and less convenient — especially for first-time travelers. We offer this feedback as a constructive suggestion, with the hope of contributing to the improvement of service quality in the future.

Two room bedroom is spacious Staff are good Breakfast options are very less for Indian vegetarian persons. There was no washing machine in our room, we have to tell them and after that they installed on room. We have to ask them for kitchenware, thean they gave us one pot.

The staff especially the conceriges on level 1 were very helpful Internet appalling impossible to work - TV didnt work half the time - aircon intermittent - Lots of large groups so hard to get lift. Nice sky lounge next to pool but only open evenings so couldnt get coffee or lunch by pool. Very nosiy at night (ue to large groups) - Would not stay again

They closed the rooftop for breakfast... I really loved taking my breakfast up there with the nice view over the city... I really wish they had focused on that place for the breakfast and the area next to the reception for their restaurant.

Everyyhing is great. It has views, good food selection, comfirtable and spacious rooms, self-catering, nice pool, nice gym, safe and luxury-feel. Nothing to complain about. If a Washing machine was there then better but is ok if not.

Everything is new and clean. The room is in the high floor, so it is quiet and nice view. Great location for business trip in Hanoi.

Great location and a very nice hotel. The gym was closed for the entire time for renovation and we did not know that until arrival.
