Spacious clean rooms. Fabulous, kind and helpful staff. They booked a Halong Bay cruise for five adults at a lower price than advertised online. Staff arranged transfers to our next stop after the cruise rather than returning to Hanoi. Great location to step out and be right in the middle of the Old Quarter but in easy walking distance of all other attractions. We walked everywhere from the hotel during our three day stay. Breakfast was basic but with enough options for everyone. Lifts were efficient. As with many Vietnamese hotels there were some minor plumbing issues, and leaking shower fittings but nothing terrible. The bathrooms were clean.

What an absolutely charming place to stay! The staff members were so kind, gracious, helpful, and organized. The location in old town was perfect- lots to see and do within walking distance. Breakfast was great- a buffet with the opportunity to order from a menu. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved everything about it!

Location Buffet was the most underwhelming I’ve had out of all hotels in Vietnam. One of the girls at the front had weird awkward dismissive attitude answering in one word answers… Room had very minimal stuff and hot water turning cold after 10 minutes of use.

Hanoi Little Town Hotel exceeded my expectations. The receptionist, Chan, went above and beyond to help me with all the information I needed, plus she helped me book my ride to Tam Dao and made the transitions seamless. She loves her country and wanted to make sure that tourists have a good time in Vietnam and a good impression of Vietnamese people - and she exceeded that. The front desk staff speak English beautifully. The hotel is super clean and has everything you need. Breakfast has excellent food choices. The made-to-order hot food was delicious. The location is perfect - I wanted to be in the old quarter, and everywhere I need to be is within walking distance. I love running in the morning, and being close to Hoan Kiem Lake (less than a mile away on foot) is a bonus. There are so many delicious restaurants in the area. My favorite is Hương Việt, 13 P. Hàng Cá, Hàng Bồ, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội, Vietnam, which is a short walk from the hotel. I came back to stay for a second time and got upgraded to a bigger room with a street view and balcony - it's beautiful and huge! Surprisingly, I thought it'd be loud, but I slept so well and the bed is so comfortable. Nothing.

It's centrally located in the Old Quarter and walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit (Opera House, Lake, Cathedral, etc.) The breakfast was tasty though lack of variety. The shower was terrible. There wasn't enough of hot water nor the pressure. Most of time, the water simply leaked through the shower head. The room looked very different from the photo. We were supposed to return to this hotel after our visit in Halong Bay, but decided to change.

The staff were great. We had a late checkin amd they were very accommodating. The breakfast was quite good. The location is in the heart of the old quarter. Easy to walk around.

The bed was really big and room was spacious. The breakfast was very good and the location is right in the middle of old quarter. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early too.

Excellent location. Room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel had lift from the ground floor to the rooms (not common in other hotels in Hanoi) The Balcony was not clean and the AC was too small for the big room. The main wooden door had gaps and was not closing properly. Toilet shower was not fixed high enough.
