I slept so well because the room was quiet, the air conditioning was excellent, and the internet was very fast. The staff were all wonderful, especially Luk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to the lovely owner for the room upgrade. ? Until next time! ❤️

Staff is extremely kind and helpful, they let us have a late check out and repeat our room after booking an extra night! Great location, clean shower with warm water, AC working great. And price was good! Thanks again

Excellent location, up to date, very clean, very helpful staff (knows english), never pushy at all. Has an elevator! The best hotel we stayed in of all our trip in Vietnam. Road too narrow, most times cars can’t pass through, but it’s just a very short road, don’t mind a 30 second walk to larger / main roads.

Great location on Old Quarter, explored a lot of the city by foot in different directions. Room was quite clean. Used the laundry service twice and it does the job. There was a slight mismatch in the room from the photos.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, ideally-located, and a great value. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, like when I left an item in my room and they promptly notified me and are assisting me in getting it back. Nothing.

Located in a small lane off the buzz but still in the center of Hanoi old town. It was a perfect place for a 12 hour transit stay with our infant. The elevator is really tiny and it is not easy to get in and out with a baby stroller. The bathroom has all the facilities but is not newly renovated. It misses some details.

Hotel room was great, plenty of space, clean, and great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful-- they were able to book us a car at the airport, helped with laundry, and offered to organize tours for us! Definitely recommend!
