Comfy beds, AX working well so it is comftable and the rooftop is a cool pleace to hang out + the breeze from the air creates great environment. Thank you I will definitely be back

Exceptional

Mostly long term stayers in room, so not super social. the bathroom area is not kept that clean and was a bit sloppy. The room gets very very hot at night too. On the plus side, they have a really good stairs to get to the top bunk and the female owner was genuinely such a lovely person from the vibe I gathered, even though we only talked for a few moments

OK place to spend the night in a really good price. Floor and bathrooms were dirty. Noisy from other travellers, entering the place during whole night.

Good location, you can do everything walking, many options around for food, shopping, tourist spots. Beds are comfortable, with curtains, good privacy. We struggle a little bit in the check in cause the receptionist doesn't speak English, so was a little bit difficult to communicate with him. Also the showers are not good, starts hot and gets colder after 2 minutes, and the weather was freezing when we stayed there, so we needed a hot shower.

I stayed in a 16 bedroom dorm it was little crowded and stuffy, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets to share, then moved to 6 bedroom dorm, it was better. bed was soft, maybe too soft for some people, rooms are cleaned regularly, friendly staff, good location, one thing I didn't see mentioned in the reviews was the big tchoutchou train that nearly misses the hotel. there were few trains going by late at night and couple more in the morning

Good for a quick stop for two or three days. The staff very nice, they save me a bed and allow me to so the check-in at 7am, I really appreciate that! The restaurant and common area that appear on the announcement, are from previous years. They remove all that. So, please, take the pictures ?.

Soft and cozy beds, much privacy. We could stay till evening after check out in the lobby because we had to wait for our bus to Sapa. Friendly personal as well and everything clean an modern.

The location is good. But the train bothers every time. You earplugs for this hostel. Very dirty. Like they never cleaned the bathroom since the opening. Everything was leaking in the bathroom. And all the photos on booking.com are old ones. Now it looks completely different. Not in the good way. Looks like a scam.
