There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as free bathroom accessories. The air conditioning was extremely powerful which was of great relief after being out on the humid streets of Hanoi. The breakfast had many options to suit all. The room was a little small but fine really.

Hana Hana Hana! We loved the receptionist Ms.Hana the most. She helped us in every possible way, from days before our stay until we left the hotel. Thanks to her help we also booked an awesome tour in Ha Long Bay. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Quarter, Hanoi. It’s clean. Easy to reach. They also arranged our transfers for everything. Everyone in the hotel was positive and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and their hospitality. Our room was a little low on oxygen and it had no window that we could use. (Only window was seeing the staircase) It was cold thanks to the A/C, however it could have been ventilated a bit better.

Decent place located in the very heart of hanoi at old quarter, just few steps away from everything, staff were amazing and very very helpful, very recommend hotel to anyone will come to hanoi and want to be in the middle of everything Room not so spacious, breakfast buffet need some improvement

The customer service here has been wonderful. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of the French Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The staff even helped with my laundry and it was ready the next day. I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending it by two more days. I would happily stay here again.

The location is in the heart of Old Quarter. The staff is friendly and provides recommendations as well as great services. The room was cleaned daily and efficiently. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a great size with good water pressure and hot water. I wish the AC would have been colder. The lowest I could turn it down was 18C and it felt warmer than that. I was able to sleep comfortably with a thin layer of bed sheets. The floor hallways had no central AC. If I wanted to talk privately, I had to endure the summer Hanoi heat inside a building. Brutal! The size of the room is small as to be expected for Old Quarter, so pack efficiently.

The location in Hanoi's Old Quarter was perfect. Step outside and you're right in the middle of the action – bustling streets, plenty of cafés/restaurants, convenience stores, and plenty to see and do. The area has an amazing energy and atmosphere and we loved being right in the heart of it all. The hotel itself is a small boutique property and incredible value for money. The rooms are compact, but that's all you really need when you're out exploring all day. The bed felt quite firm at first, but it was surprisingly comfortable and we slept really well every night. What really made this stay special were the staff and the atmosphere inside the hotel. The staff were absolutely exceptional – warm, welcoming, genuine, and always happy to help. They gave great recommendations on places to visit, things to do, and where to eat, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Despite all the noise and excitement outside, once you stepped inside the hotel it felt like a peaceful haven. After a busy day exploring Hanoi, it was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of fresh, tasty options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. We have absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. It was affordable, comfortable, and the perfect base for our first few days in Vietnam. We would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Location Misrepresented reality. Picture looks so pleasant, new and clean. Actual place is dark, old and not so clean. Bathroom shower is so hot, cannot be adjusted to make it lukewarm or cold. We were not able to take a bath in our own room but was offered to use the spa instead.

Convenient location within the old quarter. Rooms are clean. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The room is a bit small. So with our luggages it is a bit challenging to move around.

Exceptional in every respect. Honestly the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Run like a true five star. The staff, particularly Dennis and Kai could not have done more to accommodate. SO happy that I picked a true winner to stay in. Note, I never write reviews. This was an exceptional exception!
