the location is very good the bathroom is dirty and very small, the room is tiny.

The duplex room was ideal for our needs traveling as a family. We liked the style of the place and the staff were so so helpful and lovely to talk to. Always had time for a chat. The location was great. Our room has no window but it meant there was no street noise and we all slept in.

The Owner was exceptionally kind. A truly wonderful person. I felt sorry to leave early, as the owner was really doing her best and treating everyone with care, attention and kindness. The photographs greatly exaggerate the quality of the hotel. The photos are perhaps taken with wide-angle lens etc. so everything looks very large, bright and like a top-tier hotel. It is not. Many budget Hanoi hotels seem to use the same trick. Watch out for "no cancellation" and "no refund". Although there was a window, the room felt cramped and dark, and the "view" from the window was of a dirty wall, with dead plants, dirt and debris. OK for a short stay, but depressing for a longer stay.

Very good location. The crew is very kind and helpful.

Its a nice chic hotel located in the midst of Old Quarter. Its a small hotel with nice clean rooms and good staff. Special mention of Ngau who was very helpful and kept in constant coordination. The place is nice clean and comfortable. Its in the heart of the old quarter and 5 mins walk to the bus stand if you want to catch a bus to the airport. Highly recommend it. The rooms are as per the pics. Highly recommend this place for people who want a short comfortable stay. Nothing

Location inside old quarter Close to all needs 24/7 reception Local recommendations Cold Aircon Split adjoining rooms The hot water pump can be heard during night time Squeaky bathroom door No elevator to the top level room Fridge did not cool the drinks cold enough.

Nguo at the front desk and the whole team was just amazing. Really amazing people, very kind and helpful. We enjoyed it a lot and the hotel was amazing. Everything was fine.
-
Small hotel well situated. It's OK but nothing much. The personnel is polite and helpful, though better check the prices before ordering tours/buses Window giving into the hall is not considered as a window. Photos are a bit old and misleading.

We had a great stay at Madelise Adora Hotel. The location is very central to everything the Old Quarter has to offer. There is no restaurant at the hotel but plenty of fantastic options close by for meals and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful offering recommendations for spa services and tours and even ringing ahead to make the booking for us. Ngau made us feel very welcome every time we returned to the hotel from our adventures around Hanoi. The airport shuttle service seems well priced and convenient as was the laundry service. Nothing was too much and everything was offered with a smile. The room could do with a fresh coat of paint but it was clean and comfortable and even the noise from the street below didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

The air con was leaking and was horribly loud and disrupted my sleep. The sink was almost falling apart. The bathrooms have a really bad stench. The rooms are uncomfortable and extremely cramped and felt suffocating. After explaining the horrible state of the room 701 they were not able to refund our money which is disgusting. What a waste of money! Even after changing our room it was still horrible and my experience in Hanoi was ruined, never ever returning.
