The breakfast was great with gluten free bread and made to order omelets. The staff were fantastic and offered great service. We also loved the pool and the bar, worth a visit at sunset and at night, and you also get a discount as a guest. The rooms were not completely noise free as we could hear people sometimes in the hallway or next door, but this is a hard ask for the other buildings in Hanoi.

Everything about this place was just perfect. The room was beautifully designed in a soft pastel blue tone, which felt so calming and cozy. The amenities were great, and every detail was well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was the staff – they were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Breakfast was delicious as well, with plenty of options to enjoy. Honestly, I loved everything about my stay here. It was my first time, but definitely not my last. I can’t wait to come back again!

Breakfast was on the top floor in a beautiful room with views over the city. We were offered an a la carte breafast menu to choose dishes such as omelette and eggs benedict, and we also were able to choose and select from the buffet tables. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was decorated to a high level and had everything that we needed. It was comfortable, spacious and quiet. All staff that we came in contact with were so nice. One in particular stood out. He was called Daniel and he was on reception. When we checked out, he asked us where we were heading (Ha Long Bay) and we informed him that we had to go to a meeting point. He tried to help us order a Grab Taxi to the destination but realised it wasn't very precise so, with permission from ourselves, phoned the trip organisers and arranged for us to be collected from the hotel. It was so kind and he didn't have to do it as it was something booked away from the hotel but it really helped us out. Thank you, Daniel!! The only thing would be that there are only two lifts. There's not a lot they can do about that and we didn't have to wait too long.

Sparkling clean, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, nice pool, gym and lobby. All the staff is very nice and very professional.Breakfast staff provide charming service. We enjoyed the warm welcome from concierge Daniel who oriented us on the map, answered every question patiently and listened carefully to suggest food and activities in Hanoi to match our style. Highly recommended. I hope you can make a water refill station available for guests who carry refillable bottles!

The staff at lobby were great and check in efficiently. Lobby layout was beautiful with painting. The room was small and the bathroom felt dated. Soundproofing was not great and street noise could be heard clearly. Breakfast service felt rushed and the staff seemed inexperienced. I requested a window seat but the staff were hesitant to clean it and instead asked us to sit in the middle area. Overall, the service felt unaccommodating. The pool area was dated and the spa did not appear to have water or was not functioning.

Lovely rooftop bar and breakfast set-up. Kind, attentive staff in the dining areas. Front desk staff are stiff and rather rigid, too formal. Relax, smile — the majority of your guests are on vacation. The steps leading up to the lobby are a hazard for the elderly and the disabled.

We stayed here with our Gate 1 tour added an additional two days on our own. I had notified staff of that and asked to keep same room which they were more than happy to oblige. Location is considered old quarter but a little removed from the heart of it. It is still within easy walking distance and tours picked us up directly at hotel. Rooftop bar was great with happy hours. Breakfast good with a menu even. Staff was exceptional on my 5am departure to the airport arranging a taxi the night before and a boxed breakfast to go. The elevator is a bit small to handle big groups

The property had one of the best buffet breakfast I have had in a very long time. I just wasn’t a big fan of the location.

It’s a bit of a walk to old town, but there’s still great food nearby and it’s quieter than over there. Shout out in particular to Daniel who gave us tons of helpful suggestions for both sightseeing and logistics. Really appreciated his top-notch service!

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and well-informed. Check-in was quick and seamless, with the receptionist clearly explaining all hotel details using the guest information sheet. The room was spotless and included complimentary bottled water.

Had a great stay in one of the chic wing rooms. The space was clean and bright, and we loved how our room on the eleventh floor was just a few steps to the gym, pool, and bar/restaurant. Staff were all very kind and helpful throughout the stay, and location was close to both the bustle of the old quarter and the relaxing vibes of West Lake. Definitely recommend! The pool currently closes at 6pm, so it would be great if it could stay open a bit longer. However it’s near the restaurant and I understand the hotel wants to ensure swimming guests have privacy.
