Shower tub combination let's water get everywhere. Construction at or near hotel during the day was too loud and hotel didn't notify of this until after check-in.

For starters, we arrived late and were warmly greeted by the staff, even at 11pm. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. But the real kicker? The desk staff! We had arrived early for a group tour, and Serena and Alice helped us get eSim cards for our phones, and looked through our itinerary and found activities and sights that we would otherwise have not been aware of. Even after we changed hotels to be with our group, Serena texted me that I had left my water bottle in the lobby. And we booked a motorbike tour with them. Lovely people!

The hotel overall was great and comfortable. Note that the cheapest rooms do not have a window and it’s not very easy to tell from the pictures. The multiple jack hammers that woke me up at 7:30 and kept going all morning even though I wanted to sleep in definitely ruined the entire stay :( And it wasn’t just that the noise was annoying, the floor was vibrating and the noise was so loud I left the room because it was hurting my ears. At least a little heads up would have been nice

Hotel was nice and clean. Some of the room size were smaller then expected.

Clean and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and the TV options excellent if you can remember your Netflix password :) Staff friendly and helpful We were charged $2 for ice. But not a big deal.

The breakfast has not so much dishes but taste is good especially the bacon nice and not so dry, but the soup is a little false. I love the smell of shampoo, bath gel and conditional at Q hotel, pleasant. Opposite the hotel has the Mo Restaurant (30 Nguyen Truong To street) with the fish soup so yummy, reasonable price and friendly boy waiters. Cos my room is no window, not so spacious.

Location and all the amenities - room service, spa, breakfast buffet and a gym!!! Staff were lovely. Booked airport drop off and they called the previous day to confirm details and called again on the day when driver arrived. Some mould growing around the bathroom sink and in some small areas of the shower - shower could use a deeper clean.

A nice and clean hotel with delicious options for breakfast. The room was well soundproofed or the surrounding area and people there didn't make much noise. In any case, it helped to have a peaceful sleep. The staffs were exceptional helpful also.

the room decor, the bed it was like sleeping on a cloud and the pillow were super comfortable. The reception staff was very nice. It was the noisiest hotel ever. It was very good insulated from the outside but unfortunately the cleaning staff kept screaming on their walkie talkie or just to each other all day long. They start screaming and cleaning the room next to us at 6am. Unfortunately the people that were staying there woke us up at 3.30 with loud music and chatting from one room to the other. We cannot do anything about neighbours from hell but at least the staff of the hotel should behave in a manner that doesn't disturb the guests.

Wonderful staff, very good breakfast options, and we even got upgraded for free! This hotel has the perfect distance from the city center without the noise and hustle of Hanoi. We highly recommend the Q Hotel if you're exploring Hanoi for a few days. Nothing comes to mind!
