It has been an absolute pleasure to spend a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Hanoi. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Quinn, Manhattan, and Dung. The wifi connection was decent for those who need it for remote work. Overall, a great experience and the place is highly recommended. N/A

Clean, close to great restaurants, walking distance to a very nice park. Some issues with Booking.com payment not coming through although my credit card was already charged.

The bed was super comfy and the AC worked like a charm, important details when you're trying to survive a hot Hanoi day. I liked how check-in was quick and easy, no fuss. It felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel.

The breakfast area got a little crowded around 8 a.m., so I’d recommend going earlier if you prefer a quieter meal. But the food was fresh, so it was worth it.

It was relatively clean, though not spotless. The staff was excellent, but I definitely wouldn’t rate the hotel as highly as it appears on the website. The room I stayed in didn’t have any windows, so I recommend checking in advance to avoid ending up in a windowless room.

I stayed at Luxeden Hotel during my trip to Hanoi and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the calm atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great value for money .. Quiet, peaceful with good staff. Quyen and Zang were very happy to help in anyway they could.

All staff were very friendly and extremely supportive. I checked in at midnight and was warmly welcomed. After I noted about the air conditioner was a little noisy at night, the hotel immediately offered a better room. Both rooms were clean and full of items needed for guests' staying. Location is great with restaurants around. Buses is also available to get in to the city center. The hotel aslo takes care of customers by providing earbuds due to noise maybe causing by a construction site nearby. However there was no noise at the time I stayed. Nothing at all.
