The room scent just doesn't suit my favorite, and the toilet didn't have a sprayer (even though they are using a smart toilet here, i think many people like me still need the bidet sprayer)

Stylish, modern hotel in a good area kinda halfway between the tourist spots and residential part of Hanoi. The interiors were nice and there's a proper Japanese-style toilet with a bidet and all the bells and whistles! Not too many options for breakfast, but you can order a fresh bowl of pho along with eggs your way. Beds were comfy, WiFi was strong, and there's a small gym on the rooftop level. We took the city view room at the end of the corridor and it was a bit hard to shut the curtains because you had to pull them behind the desk. There was also a faint urine smell in both bathrooms, plus when you take a shower, water would pool by the side of the bath tub and drip all over the floor.

Everything! The staff and property are amazingly good, delivering more than I expected on flexibility. Perfect for a short stay in the center of Hanoi. I thought it was more business-focused, but it turned out my nephew and I also had a great time. Definitely coming back when I'm around. Nothing.

The room itself was big and had a lot of space, the bed was comfortable. It’s good for a long stay. The buffet breakfast was really good and the food was delicious! The self service washing was really useful! The price for 7 nights was good!! However, the room smelt old and damp, we had to open the windows to get the smell out. It looked like the room hadn’t really been cleaned and there was so much dust and dirt in the corners of the floor. There was old rubbish left in the fridge. The sheets on the bed weren’t the right fit and kept coming off the bed, making it a hassle. The shower pressure was terrible and didn’t go warm. It’s also hard to get in and out of the bathtub. The gym is very pointless, it’s just in an office room and there isn’t much equipment.

Overall, it was a great choice for a medium to long term stay (over two weeks). The hotel facilities (spacious bedroom, breakfast and lounge area, relaxing room with massage chair, small onsen, small gym) and the conveniences available inside made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was facing the main road and at times it was a bit noisy. The window was a bit small, so not enough natural light could come in, brighter lightings would have been good. Buffet breakfast was good, with variety and fresh fruits, but many dishes were greasy.

rooms, location and affordable they only had 2 equipment in the name of gym in a very small store room look alike room.There was no tread mill and it was a big disappointment for me

I was happy a microwave oven is available. It was useful. Breakfast isn't for me. It was ordinary and I can have those at home at any day.

Breakfast Bath tube, we need to be super careful when stepping down, also you have to carry your luggage up to lobby, a bit challenge if you have big luggage

The location near to the Embassy that we needed to visit. The room was comfortable, clean and functional. The design of the bathtub made showering without water leaking onto the floor challenging. The Japanese Toilet was appreciated. We had expected based on the exterior view of the building to have an exterior window, we were surprised that the only window in the room was one with an interior wall and partial corridor view. There were Japanese presumably hot tubs on the top floor which we didn't use but might have been nice had we been so inclined. The breakfast was reasonable and included eggs cooked to order. All in all for the price paid this stay exceeded expectations.
