My recent stay at My Lan in Vietnam was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and approachableness of the hotel staff made us feel like part of their family. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Viacom Centre. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially when we fell ill during our stay. They not only provided excellent care but also surprised us with a thoughtful gesture – cooking breakfast and delivering it to our room while we were recuperating. This personalized service truly touched our hearts. Our room was impeccably cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. I cannot recommend My Lan enough to anyone visiting Vietnam. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience filled with hospitality and genuine care. We can't wait to return!

Nothing to like. Just wanted to leave it right after check in but i have no choice then just stay. The picture is not reflecting the reality, the hotel is really more downgraded. Poor staff service as the staff actually are the owner's relatives, so they dont have service mindset (especially the helpers at the kitchen). The bathroom is horrible and without hot water. If I know the bathroom like that, I will not book the room.

We really liked the food in the cafeteria. We were able to get the original Pho soup, which was a good start to explore Vietnam. The European food was a little bit humble. The condition of the room, especially of the bathroom was disappointing. Although the beds were quite comfortable, we did not enjoy the bathroom. The shower was missing a piece of construction which caused that water was all over the floor, literally we could call it a flood. Although it is promised to have a non- smoking room, I believe the cleaning service must have smoked in the room, as the smell of the cigarettes was noticeable. Additionally on the windowsill, there was a jar full of cigarette’s butts. The butts were also in the corridor on the floor as well as sticked in the flower pots. So smoking everywhere.

the hotel is very well located . The man at the reception in the afternoon is terrible, bad service, little empathy and they did not clean the room, I had to ask them to do it, in fact on the last day they did not do it and when they had it everything was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was Disaster, the auxiliary pillows stained and torn....it was disgusting!

About breakfast, I didn't like that it was only until 9:00 am and the options were for lunch, not breakfast. They should improve the menú.
