Nice view in a quiet location The check in staff did not charge me a deposit when I checked in even though that was confirmed in the booking email. Later I ordered food and drinks and intended to charge it to my room. When I got back to my room, they called me in the middle of my bath to say that they needed me to pay for dinner because I didn’t put down a deposit. I called the front desk and told them I wanted to pay the deposit because I also intended to order more food and drink later and pay for everything at the end. They said I could give my credit card to the staff who would then charge the deposit. Minutes later I saw a charge on my card for only the amount that the dinner costs, not the entire deposit. I then had to go downstairs to make sure the staff understood how to charge a deposit and to reiterate the really basic fact that hotel guests want to charge everything to the room and pay for everything once at the end. At the time, I was interested in the serviced apartments and residences. The manager said she asked the staff to email me with information about living in the residences, but they did not. The next day she asked me if they had contacted me and I told her I didn’t get any email. She said she would ask them again to send me information about the serviced apartments. I did not receive any information or communication from them. The the hot water heater does not have enough hot water to fill the tub.

The staff was extremely kind, especially one of the receptionists who allowed me to use the shower after checkout, considering my flight time. That was beyond my expectations. I would like to thank them again. Additionally, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. I would love to stay here again if I'm in the area. The noise from the corridor could be heard through the door, but it was due to the guests' bad manners rather than the lack of soundproofing.

Comfortable but a bit dated. Only compliant is the breakfast salad has lots of fruit flies and looks scary. The rest of the food is fine. Not sure why the flies attack the salad only, especially the green pepper and cucumber. Easily 10 flies resting on the pepper ?

Excellent pool and gym right on the shore of West Lake. Good restaurant serving Asian and Western cuisine The breakfast buffet could have had more variety and freshness. At least they have a station where you can get eggs cooked to order. No fresh juice. The mattress was quite hard

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, quiet during the night. The breakfast was okay, not bad, but also nothing special. What I liked less was the request to pay for the entire stay during the check-in. As a rule, in other hotels I pay during the checkout. At the end we agreed that certain amount will be just blocked on my credit card at check-in day, so the payment was done yet at the end of my stay. All in all, a small episode, which didn't affect the overall positive impression.
