the room that we have is facing the lakeside with a balcony. its so quiet and clean and we enjoyed our 3 days there. all of the staff are very polite and hospitable and always there to guide us and recommended some places to explore, enjoy and not to be missed especial shoutout to Ngoc for special drinks everyday and most to Selina even after her duty she is responding to our messages...we will surely recommend it to our friends and family and looking forward to our next stay with them no breakfast but restaurants and cafes are within the vicinity. no problem at all

Good size room and good big bed with beautiful view Even on the 10th floor, the noise from the street was very loud. No soundproofing at all The staff was not very helpful at the reception

: I like my room because it has large windows and a balcony with views of West Lake and Truc Bach Lake. However, the balcony door couldn’t be opened during our stay. I was also disappointed with the breakfast policy — they insisted I go downstairs to register for an extra guest, even though we booked and paid for a room for two people.

Location is the only good thing bout this place. With such location it should be much better Very noisy from both inside and outside of the hotel. Staff were really unfriendly and unprofessional. It was like staying in a motel from 20 years ago with such way treating customers.

Free parking, the breakfast has a very good pho, the cleaner was nice. The guys in the night shift and the breakfast was nice. I didn't like everything else. I had to extend my stay due to my work (remotely) but also the wifi is not secured and its password is 1-8. I didn't like everything else. It’s near the city and the value of the hotel Gym was closed and swimming pool they told they were maintaining the pool and the gym . Limited food options in breakfast

Everything about the Hotel. Been there 6-7 times and always happy with the hotel quality. Nothing really. Except that the guests should be careful not to drop anything under the bed or behind the bed. I did drop my Apple Pencil there into the crack, and it was impossible to get it out. But that was unfortunate, not the hotel's fault.
