Hygiene is not so good.

Everything, I never got the room I booked, they took me to another hotel and made my stay a horrible experience, don't go here

Hands down, the staff. They may not be fluent in another language, but they will find ways to help you out with whatever you may need. Looks like they allow smoking (there was an ashtray in my room), and I’m sensitive to that smell. The room is also not equipped with even a small ref or dresser.

The intention to help from the person at the check-in desk Definitely the worst place I have ever booked through booking.com. We reserved the place because we wanted to take an early bus next day from the station nearby. When we arrived we were asked to pay upfront before seeing the room. That was fine but probably it would have been better to ask to see the room first. We were given our room key and went to the room. Opening the door a very strong odor of pesticide came out of the room. The room was the same style as the one shown in the pictures but the quality of everything was way way way lower, and believe me we were not looking for any luxury, just a clean and comfy one night sleep. Just the smell alone made the whole situation unbearable as we felt that we couldn't breathe in the room. Looking under the desk we saw some dead cockroaches. Next to the desk there were 2 pairs of slippers to be used by guests, moving them aside there were 5 more cockroaches that jumped out from under there. We immediately closed the door and headed for the reception desk. The reception person tried giving us another room. Not so strangely, the other room was in the same state, having a very strong smell of bug-killing spay and having cockroaches walking around. We ended up requesting our money back, which we got, and booked another nearby hotel. I hope this review serves for someone so that they don't make the same mistake as I did.

Close the to busstop Yeah very bad hotel. Employees were not friendly, room was horrible. Not clean, bed was very hard and badly isolated so you could here a lot of sounds. Could not find breakfast of dinner Option neither. I would not recommended this one at al.

Miscommunicated as the staff did not speak English but nothing was serious.

I booked the hotel because it was close to the bus station and check in time seems 02.00/12.00 I went there at 06.00 but they said there is no check-in in this time we need to wait. And they offered us to use 2 hours staying they charged more when we overstayed 15 min. Guy can't speak english any. I asked to cancel my reservation then,he said he doesn't have authority for it. but later they canceled and didn't charge me money for my reservation. room was big bed was comfortable but there was booger (mucus) in the bed.

Big spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Budget-friendly rooms having all convenient stores nearby. Value for money. The management can be improved. There is a problem with parking. No English-speaking staff. The phone call service couldn't help much.

Fantastic value for money! The location is about 7 minutes walk to Ben Xe Khach My Dinh (bus station). We were given a huge room which was clean and had what we needed. The staff were nice and and helped as much as they could given we can't speak Vietnamese. Nothing...everything went well for us. We recommend the hotel.
