Hotel is located at the place, where there's many nice coffee shops and restaurants, it's also not too far from Old Quarter in Hanoi - about 20-30 minutes commute.

It was grubby and probably lively 10 years ago. For me the location did not suit and was glad was only two nights. There is no spa, how are they allowed to say spa and not have one. I specifically asked when I got there and they didn't have one

This hotel is very nice. We stayed in a Coco Hotel one night. If you visit Hanoi i high recomend Coco Hanoi Hotel, I would suggest you to book the Sup with full window to save time and money. This hotel is located at the heart of the of Hanoi so you can troll around the landmarks.

I stayed at the Coco Hotel for four nights (28th to 31st) to attend an event at the Grand Plaza Hotel, which is only a 15-minute walk away. One night, the event ended at 5:30 a.m., and I returned to my hotel and went to sleep around 6:30 a.m. While I was sleeping, the cleaning lady barged into my room and started cleaning. Since I was very tired, I let her clean, though I could still see what she was doing as I was half asleep. As she was finishing, she turned around, looked at me to check if I was awake or asleep, then took my wallet and went outside the room. After a few seconds, she came back in and placed the wallet on the table. I was in shock, as this has never happened to me before. I pretended to still be asleep. Once she left, I quickly checked my wallet to see if anything was missing. Since I wasn’t sure how much money I had, I couldn’t confirm if anything had been taken, but I knew all my bank cards and my driver’s license were still in it. I feared that she might have taken photos of my cards as well, though I can’t be sure. I rushed out of the room and, as I was heading to the reception, I saw her outside my room, but I didn’t confront her. When I got to the reception (one floor down), I quietly explained the situation to the receptionist and asked her to check the CCTV footage to see what the cleaning lady did with my wallet. The receptionist told me that only the manager could access the footage, so she called him. Meanwhile, the cleaning lady came downstairs and claimed she took my wallet because there was garbage underneath it, which was a lie. She also said the room was too dark for her to see. The manager then spoke to me and said I could report the incident to the police if I wanted. I declined but asked that they ensure this never happens again to any other guests. The cleaning lady was clearly a professional thief and very bold to steal while I was in the room. The manager assured me he would fire her, but I saw her still working the next day and the day after. I later spoke to some other English-speaking guests who had also had strange experiences with this cleaning lady. So, I would advise you to be careful with your valuables while staying at this hotel.

The entrance to the hotel and the lobby were dirty, especially the floor was dirty. Very dusty. The hotel does not match the photo.
