Concon House

An old town Hanoi gem! We loved staying in the middle of it all- in our own quiet oasis just steps from tons of restaurants and things to see- so easy to walk everywhere! The staff is so helpful and communicative- they helped us book a tour to Ninh Binh and arrange airport transfers. We really appreciated the glass bottles of filtered water. The staff is absolutely top notch.

Sweet boutique decor, staff was helpful, location was fine, complimentary cappuccino excellent. Rooms are very small. We knew that going in but still surprised at how small. Not many amenities, no breakfast or even food. But you walk out of hotel and there's abundance of food.

We had a great stay here! The front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us arrange for pick up and drop off service from the airport, organized a laundry service and provided us with a fan for our room when requested. The staff really went above and beyond to try to make our stay comfortable and communication was seamless. One staff member even made us an iced tea without being asked when we came back to the hotel after being out in the 40 degree heat. Location of the hotel is great and right in the center of the action in the old quarter. We did not have any issues with noise during our stay despite the lively streets around us. Room is small but thoughtfully designed. We noticed that many hotels around this price point in Hanoi had windowless rooms - but Concon house has set up their rooms with small windows that take advantage of the natural light.

The property is in the heart of old quarter and just a few steps away from beer street. However the room is cozy and quiet. The cleanliness is superb. If I ever have to come back will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and the staff were super friendly. Hotel is charming - right in the center of town but tucked back a bit so it is quieter. Rooms were just a little small and it is pricey for Vietnam standards.

A unique hotel, tucked away inside of an alley in the heart of old town, Hanoi. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, with an outstanding staff. Get the breakfast and relax before heading out. The staff is both kind and resourceful. They helped me finding transportation to Ninh Binh, recommended a terrific restaurant, plus made sure I was well taken care of; felt as if I was hanging w/friends = they were that authentic. Book, get yourself a Grab Ride app & enjoy this wonderful city. I read that the area is loud &, well yes, this is Old Town Hanoi. Yet, I had no trouble sleeping & could barely hear any distractions from outside. I also booked this hotel twice during my stay in Vietnam & when I come back, this is where I'm heading. Reals!

Rooms. Location. Staff. Nothing

Helpful staff. But with dozens of Booking.com bookings, the Concon House was the only one that lead to spam solicitation where people knew our booking details and wanted credit card info for “verification” or “pre-authorization”. Something weird here. Rooms are tiny small, barely bigger than the bed. Hard to know where to unpack. Noisy area within the pedestrian old town.

Great location and very friendly staff

Charming design hotel located in the heart of Hanoi. The room's interiors is very stylish. The hotel is quiet despite being close to one of the busiest street in Hanoi. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Despite the rooms being very stylish and charming their configuration wasn't wery functional, there was hardly any space for opening our luggage. The sink in the bathroom was impractical and will spill water every time I washed my hands, also there were no places where to hang the towels.

Staff was the best part - bubbly, warm, attentive. The space was modern and clean which I appreciate. it was also in an alley way so it was nice and quiet. We were on the higher floor so we had a view over the city. The layout was a bit tight to have our suitcase opened both. We wish that the toiletries provided was a bit better - we used our own. The method of payment was through an app which was a bit lengthy - i suggest that the owner sets up Mastercard or visa for payment directly.

Me and my sister love the staff pearl and me they were excellent The room was a very nice size. You just needed more closet. Space.

Convenient location, easy to explore the Old Quarter and nearby attractions. It was clean and relatively quiet considering the location. Complimentary water was provided, easy access to a laundry service. They made a cute swan towel with flowers for our honeymoon. It was right in the heart of beer street which is a little crazy for a sober person, although that was my fault for not researching the location more. At night the crowds were pretty overwhelming and a sensory nightmare but that is to be expected.

The BEST place to stay in Hanoi!! Not only is the hotel gorgeous, but the staff makes it ten times better. Amenities are perfect. Everything is so well thought out and considers the guests needs. I requested an extremely clean bathroom and I got it. Victor had been in contact with me for months prior to my booking and made me feel so confident when I arrived. This was my first stay in Vietnam and he made it a smooth, seamless experience for me. Then there's Le, Pearl, and My who are the sweetest and most fun ever!!! I had the best time with them and can call them friends. I got sick right before leaving and they took such good care of me.

The staff are the nicest people ever. Available to help 24/7 and willing to do so. I checked in at 12am and the lady was so sweet. When I asked for a cup of coffee, they made me one instantly. One of the guy workers walked me to my grab outside and helped me with my luggage. Would 100% stay here again. Room was so cute and clean. It’s right off a busy street but so hidden that it’s so quiet. Thank you!
