Just no elevator, need to climb the ladder. But it is okay, we managed it

We booked a room here as we had time before our night train, so we weren't planning on staying over night, but if we did it would have sucked as there was loud music all day and I'm sure it goes all night. It's a cheap hotel near beer at so to be expected still, the worst bit was the significant mould on the ceiling. It was so bad we asked to move to another room and were told they all have mould! The guy was nice though and gave us a room in the hostel next door that had no mould. Was basic but again, loud music all day. The mould.

Location Aircond. No heater.

Location was very central and it was cheap. Bathrooms weren’t clean, water always leaking out the shower head and the bottom of the sink, left my bag in the reception because we came early and a mouse/rat ate through my bag. The reception said they could wash my clothes for free in compensation. Beds aren’t very comfortable. Asked for two singles (as this is an option on their booking.com site) but got a double.

JUST LOUD. And not the street, but the Hostel workers, knowing there was someone on the first floor, just talking loudly until 2am and back on 4 am. I'm not considering the pool, which comes with the territory and from a adjacent Business.

convenient location, in the historical center of the city, reasonable price the room stank of cigarette smoke, the bathroom leaves much to be desired, but the worst thing is the loud music from the bar downstairs until 1am, it is impossible to sleep. the hotel is for those who do not sleep until late and love to party

Location was great for old quarter nightlife Nice big bedroom. Bar attached to hotel and food was ok Staff were really helpful and pleasant It was a bit run down but still good value for price No lift so 68 stairs to our room No coffee or tea in room No tv but not a problem Towels were a bit thin

Disappointing

Well placed and very helpful and friendly staff. Noisy.

If you want to party and are okay with not sleeping much, then stay here. The staff were very helpful as they helped us arrange our trip to do the Ha Giang Loop. They also collected us from the airport for free as we booked a trip with them. The hostel is affordable and is why we stayed here. The place was clean but a lot of worn out items. The location of this hostel is adjacent to Beer Street and its very noisy until roughly 5am. So we struggled with sleep. Also if mobility is an issue for you, don’t stay, as there is no lift. We were on the top floor and climbed multiple stairs.

The hotel is located in the downtown Sound insulation. The hotel is located on a bar, with loud music playing all night. There is no soundproofing in the room at all. It is impossible to sleep. Also a very firm mattress. the room is very dirty and without a window. The bathroom is like something from a horror movie
