The bathrooms didnt have anywhere to hang my clothes and I wohkd have to walk outside to get my clothes and as a girl its not very private for us.

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Bed was dirty, there was stains and hairs all over bedsheets. I was so tired I decided to lay my shirts and sleep for the night. But the next morning i found bedbugs

The location was fantastic. And the breakfast was good. The hostel is quite loud, tv didn’t work and the door also didn’t work.

This hostel is honestly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, no exaggeration. The staff are incredible! Huge shoutout to the reception team: Linda, Thuong, Son, Gabriel, and of course the owner, Sam. They’re always ready to help with literally anything, and they go above and beyond every time. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Good location. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms The staff often seemed distracted, and the atmosphere was dominated by loud British and Australian guests. Only the first eight floors are served by an elevator, so reaching the breakfast area and rooftop bar requires climbing a narrow, two-story staircase that feels claustrophobic. Late at night, my friend tried to step out onto the bar area for a breath of fresh air, but the staff blocked him and spoke curtly, even though there was still a table full of people outside. I’ve come to believe it was probably after closing, but they could have been more hospitable. For my own peace of mind, I’m assuming those remaining guests were volunteers and that the staff’s behavior wasn’t racially motivated.

Premium location, it is close to everything you need! We actually stayed here in a private room, which was great after travelling from Canada (40hrs of travel), we then stayed here again in a dorm room style. We obviously like the private room better, dorm was to be expected. The rooftop bar was great - lots of drink specials and could pre drink before going to beer street. Staff was absolutely phenomenal for helping us plan our trip making everything very convenient. I would come back here Cleanliness in the dorms - however this is kind of to be expected.

good location, clean and nice private rooms, good party vibe/rooftop, Cameron and Filipina mami were great at reception can't buy beers with rooftop tickets and 48hr notice needed for refunding a room :(
