I like how the place is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. You get what you paid for.

Fairly good location. Short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The woman working reception during the day was very nice. Room was dirty and mould in bathroom.. The man at reception was not friendly and only wanted to talk if he thought he could sell you something. The lobby turns into a hangout space for various people during the day, playing cards and possibly gambling etc. Most fixtures and fittings in the room were broken eg. Door handles and electrical outlets. Hotel very noisy. We were on 6th floor and there were always loud noises outside at night i don't know what they were doing. Rubbish dump on other side of road. Slowest lift ever. I initially thought it might be normal for Vietnam but we have now stayed in many other places and everywhere else has been clean and professional.

Good value for the breakfast. Location was good, tucked at one end of the Old Quarter, made it easy to access all the shops, restaurants, and other places of note.

There is parking, it shows, but it doesn't. Insufficient information on pricing. some staff are not polite.

Super unfriendly staff when we checked in. Got your room and guy went up with us but didn’t say a word or help with our bags or nothing terrible customer service. When we got into the room it smelled a bit off and then we noticed black mold on the ceilings and all over the bathroom. We booked a room with a window because we wanted some daylight but the window in the room had a window that was 1cm from the neighbouring building so I don’t think u can even class that as a window just a piece of glass next to a wall. Like I said there was mold everywhere and the sheets were yellowish. Needless to say we didn’t stay and as we were leaving we told them and they shrugged and didn’t say a word. Oh well we found a lovely hotel in old quarter the Aquarius which was good value and soooooo much nicer we couldn’t be happier that we left
