The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Pictures don’t even resemble the property, it’s a completely different building. My “deluxe” room was just a 6 bed dorm with 4 single wide mattresses stacked together to make a queen size bed. My room was dirty when I checked in, same with the bed sheets. The staff kept their personal belongings in the wardrobe inside the room. I had ants crawling inside my bed the second day we were there.

Great location, quiet dorm at night and a bit more anonymous as it's a huge hostel, but the price is totally fine for what you get, fresh clean towel, staff is available 24/7 and always willing to help. Great to explore the city and have some good sleep. Very spacious bed area and great for storage! It wasn't as clean as other hostels I've stayed in for this price range, but still totally fine. The bathrooms were always clean, just the dorm floors weren't. Still would recommend to go here and have a good and nice stay ?

Nice location. Room was okay. Not very clean. Expensive. Small room. But smelly.

Great location - a quiet street near to the lake, old quarter and amazing coffee places ! Linh at the hostel was lovely and very helpful in organising tours and I had a great 3 day trip to Sapa with smooth pick up etc. the beds were also comfy, with stairs up to the top bunks. Lockers were spacious too. This has now changed but there was no breakfast on my first two days which meant it was hard to meet anyone else and it was almost too quiet. But they started serving it on my last day which will help a lot !

Alex at the reception was really helpful, he kindly helped us when booking our buses to Sapa. When we came back 2 weeks later he remembered us and accepted to take care of our bags (flight was in the evening so did not have any reservations at the place) Would recommend absolutely ! clean new room (dormitory) and perfect location ! i’m

The location is great, only a few minutes away from the Old Quarter. There's hardly any noise and the room is clean. Staff is helpful and eager to help with booking different activities.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The location in the old town is great. The staff was mostly abrupt and didn’t really speak English when I checked in and then again every night. The day staff is much better. The beds are very hard.
