Such great value for this stay! The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating with our luggage storage and kind throughout our whole stay. Would highly recommend!

Huge room. Manager Kai and other staff was very very very accommodating and above all, it is near to the heart of Hanoi. Walking distance to Pho 10, Banh My Mama, St Joseph Cathedral, the Lake and Hanoi Train St and etc.

It was quite noisy but was everything that we needed

We arrived late at Hanoi and requested for late check in which was 1am. We were properly greeted and they help us to settle down in the hotel. They also have baggage storage service which we used to store ours when we were on the trip to ha long bay. It is very convenient. It’s a little bit small to my liking. But totally understandable given the cheap price that. We are getting. Really value for money.

The staff was helpful and everything was uncomplicated. The beds were decent and the toilet and shower was clean. It's quite noisy especially when you're right next to the elevator/staircase. The bedsheets had stains on them and the sink in the bathroom was leaky. We also had no window, so the room was pretty dark. All in all it is a decent hotel to stay for 1 night.

Friendly staff & easy check in/out! Convenient location, close to vegan options. Perfect spot for one night in between tours. Tom at reception was super helpful and kind!

We stayed for 3 nights in Superior Family Room. Great location, walking distance to popular locations. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Spacious room with glass windows for 5 adults. Clean mattress, free water bottles, towels, hair blow dryer, private bathroom, elevator,… Great choice for family. Budget-friendly, we got what we paid for and completely satisfied with the stay. Definitely will come back or recommend to our friends ? The AC had small noise while running but it was not a big deal to us.

I am not sure who is at fault: Expedia or the hotel. All I know is I had to make and pay for two bookings, not one.

Queit place in noisy city and noisy area. A gem. Staff nice, nice cleaners. Good wifi.

Need extra rug near thr bathroom door.

Worth the stay

Comfortable, spacious room in good condition. Convenient location, near to many attractions like the lake, museums and cathedral. Good value for money, and good place for walking and exploring. The stairwell outside the room is open, and noise travels easily from the stairs or other floors. The hotel is also on a narrow alley, so taxis are not able to access it directly.
