The location is great and the room was very spacious for the price. The staff were nice! The beds were very worn and springy and quite uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling was unfortunately covered in what appeared to me to be mold splotches. The WiFi was inconsistent and would cut out pretty frequently for short periods.

Martin was lovely when arriving to Hanvet! He and his staff are all very welcoming and helped us with all our bags! We also booked trips with this Hotel, such as: The Ha Giang Loop. It is an affordable and great stay for anyone who is exploring Hanoi! Nothing it was great!

Management was extremely rude to my wife for being a few minutes late because of an incident with one of our children. We rented 5 rooms. What a terrible way to treat a good customer

The perfect place in Hanoi. A great location and accommodation. The staff at the front desk was SUPER helpful when I was late for a bus and helping me make it in time! Above and beyond service.

The location is perfect for a stay in Hanoi. It’s central in the old quarter and easy to walk to anywhere. It’s in a quiet little lane so no noise at night. Everything worked perfectly, and staff were super helpful helping to organise day trips and food recommendations. The mattress could have been softer, but I’m used to a very soft bed so it’s more than fine.

For the area the hotel was expensive. 22Land across the street is much better and 1/3 of the price. My room room smelt of smoking. Staff were friendly but most expensive hotel I had in entire north Vietnam and probably average accomodation. Location is amazing however.

The room was a decent size, the location was great, fridge in the room to keep waters cold. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, no one was at the reception to greet us so we had to message and wait.

It was clean The bed was a bit lumpy, there was noise from the street which is fine but I would advise taking some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Good AC. Good Size for the Room. We stayed 4 nights, and they didn't come once to change our towels, empty the bin or bring new toilet paper. Even tho we but the please clean our room sign up.
