Staff was really nice There’s an unpleasant smell in the breakfast area and sometimes in the elevator and hallway.

Just location The room we have booked was absolutely different on photo. We should have had one double bed, normal window and instead we got a room with additional bed which made our room less spacier. Facilities and furniture were old enough. Staff told us they made us complement giving room with additional single bed, which sounds ridiculous. The room was smelling garlic and meat barbecue after 10-11 am…

I got a really spacious room, amicable staff, located in a really good area Nothing

Good location near the cathedral, in a small dead end though. The hotel is very old, shower not working properly, outlets loose, all those signs of tiredness. Breakfast is poor.

good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room

The staff was really amazing and problem-solving driven. After a pre-check-in issue, which they reported right away, they upgraded our room to the Suite. We got different breakfast options each morning, yummy food. The receptionist and concierge were super helpful and liked chatting, which we welcomed. I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Definitely it needs renovation, facilities are old and sometimes don't work. In our room the socket didn't work and shower was keaking.

Good location. Supportive staff. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Rooms and bathroom are a bit worn out and old. Not as good as it looks in pictures.

The booking.com website said it is situated in the French Quarter but it is not. It’s in the Old City. I had booked so I went. A spacious room, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. In all it was okay to stay in the Old City. Hot water was a problem but they fixed it

Wonderful staff (accommodating, helpful), cleanliness, great location (close to vivid streets/alleys of local shops and eateries), room with essential commodities and a good city view.

The door in one of our room cannot close properly, it was okay but a bit of a struggle.

The hotel has a lift, which was super helpful for seniors and PWDs. What we really appreciated was that they packed our breakfast to-go since we had to check out at 4am to catch our flight - such a nice gesture! Overall, the staff were really friendly and did their best to adjust to whatever we needed. The room was a bit on the pricey side, especially compared to other hotels nearby that were nicer and more affordable.

Susan on reception was lovely and very helpful and informative, she booked our overnight train to Sapa and Limousine bus back for us. The young bellboy was amazing took us to the train STN and waited for us and got us on our train. The hotel is a little tired, bed and pillows hard needs some TLC. Breakfast is basic but ok. Overall good value for the money.

The room is clean but and the breakfast is ok Why i got stay at serenity diamind hotel on 2-Apr and 3-Apr move to serenity villa hotel without a valid reason. The bed is very POOR condition (feel the spring come out) is NOT level as Deluxe double room, WHY still use this bed (see room 603). It's not recommended at all

We were upgraded to a bigger room at the top floor. Our only complaint was the wifi that didn’t really work.

When we arrived in Vietnam at the beginning of our trip, we stayed here and loved the hotel, so we decided to stay here again at the end of our trip, three weeks later. The staff is very nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a bigger room the second time we stayed here and offered to help arrange transportation to the airport They also allowed us to leave our bags at the reception after checkout. I really liked the transparency with which they handled everything. They tracked our luggage with a receipt. They also gave us a stamped paper copy of our payment for our stay. No other hotel we've stayed in Vietnam has been as transparent. The hotel has a very good location, although it is a bit hidden, since it is on a pedestrian street, is perfect because there is no noise in the rooms. Located in the French Quarter (Hoan Kiem area), it's possible to walk to the Old Quarter and practically all of the city's attractions. In both stays at the hotel the rooms have been spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is a bit scarce and is only served until 9:30. At night they close the main door but they always have someone from the staff sleeping at the reception who can open it. The value for money is good for the city of Hanoi.
