Nice location, walking distance to main attractions and good places to eat in the area. Great service! I loved the room, it was very spacious, clean and so comfortable. I arrived very late and they upgraded me, so I could have a good rest. Sophie helped me to arrange the pick-up from the airport and tours.

We only stayed for one night but had an excellent time, we arrived very early in the morning and because our room wasn’t ready yet they upgraded us for free to a room that was ready to allow us to check in early. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was great as well.

We had a good welcome at S Central as our first hotel in Vietnam. We didn’t expect the hospitality. Mr. Brian was helpful months before our check-in, answering all my questions. Thank you Mr. Harry for accommodating us well.

It was a great experience. Thw staff was friendly and kind. Beds and pillows were really soft and good. The receptionists MJ Harris and Anna did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy! The location is convenient as the hotel is next to the lake.We really enjoy it ☺️

Above & beyond service from Rose, Kimmie & Brian. The staff were phenomenal and the rooms were large & clean. Great location. Everything could be arranged without hiccups (taxi / tour of Tam Coc). Even got a breakfast box for our early outbound flight. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Pool not located in hotel itself but in sister hotel which was 400 meter away.

nice location but beware that cars wont be able to make it to the hotel as the street is very narrow, a short 1-2 minutes walk from the main street the Hotel is very basic, the hotel itself is spread over 4 buildings. The main thing I was taken aback with was that the security locker in the room is not a number type but came with a key and you are expected to hand the keys into the reception for safe keeping when you go out for the day etc. I wasnt a big fan of the breakfast either.

We have received upgraded room which is always nice, lots of space then. Beds were comfortable Frequent curch bells disrupt our sleep, tiny bathroom

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean and spacious — especially after a long night of travel and delayed flight (we arrived at the hotel at 1:30am). Mr. Brian was very attentive, generous and helpful in our check-in process. Mr. Brian also helped my fiancé and I book a 1-day cruise in Ha Long Bay, as well as the shuttle service to and from the Hanoi airport. Staff is so friendly and polite! The breakfast had a variety of entrees, fresh fruit, juices, bread and a salad bar — one of the best I’ve had in my time being in Vietnam.
