The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the location for us personally was just to chaotic and loud. If you’re looking to stay in Old Quarter and enjoy the chaos then you might enjoy the location.

The room is quite spacious and there is plenty of space to place backpacks or luggage, which is very convenient if you are traveling with several bags. The staff were attentive and kind. They are not the most talkative family, but they were always respectful and helpful whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the air conditioning worked very well. They also have three adorable dogs. Guests are not allowed to touch them, but they are very calm and lovely to see around the house. One small downside was that I couldn’t get hot water in the shower. I didn’t ask the family for help, so it might have just been something I didn’t figure out. The bed is also not the most comfortable, but it is large.

Budget Friendly! Smell, dogs in front lobby, the smell seeps into the room and bed sheets are smelly, not enough hot water, The business in front was rude. I sat on front seating area of building, instead of asking if I’d like to buy a drink to be able to sit in front and explain the front of the building is not apart of hotel. Instead of explaining or asking me to buy something he acted very rude.. but the stay is cool though, you’re centered around everything. You have to travel a little bit to get out of tourist area for better pricing on food to pay what locals pay..

the lady didn’t want me to check in, even when was after 2pm. the family made a lot of noise in the morning, the bed was hard

It’s suitable for travelers on a budget or anyone looking for a short layover stay. The location is very convenient ; close to churches, temples, and Hoàn Kiếm Lake and making it easy to explore the city, take a quick shower, and then head to the airport. The service is superb, and the host is very nice. Please note that there are several dogs downstairs, which may not be ideal for guests who are afraid of dogs.

Dogs were always under my feet when i exited the building. Big dogs.

Very welcoming staff and ideal location!

Location is great. Host and his family are friendly and welcoming. They have three big bit really chill dogs. Room is okay, big enough. We came in cold days, so room was quite cold and humid. Our stuff that were vet, and towels after shower didn’t dry out in three days, and they got a bit of smell.
