The location is excellent. The staff is wonderful. Thank you for arranging all of our tours, airport transfers, recommending restaurants and shops. The only minus, hotel room needs a little bit of updating, especially the bathroom that has seen better days due to excess humidity.

Definitely the location as it is walkable everywhere! The staff was also very accommodating, answering all my questions and helping us from day 1. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, making the sleep after a long day great. The lobby definitely as it did not have its own bathroom, one has to cross the street to a building across if you need it. Breakfast also has to be taken there. It's difficult if you have seniors and children with you.

Great location for access to the Old Quarter in Ha Noi - easy walk to Hang Da market area and excellent street food options. Staff were good to explain the current status - under renovation, and responsive to comments where things need to be adjusted. Property currently under renovation, so patience needed in case things are not quite right. Should be much better once work has been completed.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The location is very accessible and close to many must-visit spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. The manager was attentive and responsive to our needs. Special shoutout to Tony at the front desk – probably the nicest and most helpful person I’ve met in Vietnam. He truly made our stay even more memorable. Would definitely stay here again!

Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful — Louise, Tony & Jimmy. The room was kept clean and toiletries were re-stocked daily.
