Fine location Unfortunately we cannot recommend. They placed us in a room at the ac did not work, the room had a musty smell as well. Because they were overbooked they just told us to cancel and we had to move to a different hotel.

The people were very helpful and we booked just before close and they accommodated us and upgraded us as well. Amazing location.

It was near tourists spots so it was very accessible. It was no near any noisy places. Was quite peaceful and it has an atm machine on their first floor beside reception. The receptionist are very kind and understanding. Hieu and Hung are very kind and helpful, very respectful as well. You can request for late check in if needed, they are easy to talk to. Nothing. For a 3 star hotel they offer more than expected. But still manage your expectation.

Hung and Hieu were very good and helpful to me. The room was nice and in a great area. Loved sitting on the balcony. Was very good for the price. There is a slight mildewey smell in the room and once you get off the elevator. I didn’t let it bother me too much since we are in a humid area.

I love the location and the friendly staff, it was only a short walk to the train street where all the cafes are. Air conditioning worked well, provided everything I needed. A little older of a property but spacious and served its purpose.

I like that it is located at the city center. The water pressure was good and temperature was warm. When I checked out, no staff was there so I had to leave the key on my own.

Amazing location, Duc greeted us on our 3am arrival and was very accomodating while we went in out of tours. The ream was clean, and laundry service was wonderful. Would gladly stay again!

The location was very convenient to get to different places in Old Quarter and a short walk to the French Quarter and train street. Hieu was an exceptional help at the reception desk He was there when we needed any help The room was quite dusty
