Nothing This hotel is a complete scam. The photos on Booking.com do not reflect the actual condition of the property. Cleanliness is severely lacking throughout the hotel—from the beds and bathrooms to the breakfast area. The room had a very unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning was old and barely able to cool the room. We also found small insects and spiders on the floor and underneath the beds, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, upon our arrival, the hotel asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation so they could avoid paying Booking.com’s commission, offering us only a small discount in return. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I strongly urge Booking.com to reassess this hotel’s rating and listing. As customers, we trust Booking.com to provide accurate information and reliable accommodations, and experiences like this undermine that trust.

The people working here made a lasting impression on us. Every staff member we encountered was warm, polite, and genuinely happy to help. Their friendliness never felt rehearsed—it came naturally, making every conversation enjoyable. Thanks to their hospitality, the hotel felt welcoming from the very first day until the moment we left.

We had a wonderful experience staying here and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The location was one of the biggest highlights, as it was very convenient for exploring the city, with my attractions, restaurants, and cafés nearby. We could easily walk around and discover different parts of the area without needing to rely on transportation. The staff were another reason our stay was so enjoyable. They were always friendly, approachable, and willing to help whenever we needed recommendations or assistance. Their local knowledge and thoughtful service made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable.

Sometimes it's the smallest gestures that leave the biggest impression. Throughout our stay, we appreciated thoughtful extras such as complimentary bottled water and the staff's excellent local recommendations. They happily suggested places to visit, restaurants to try, and the best ways to get around the city. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel welcomed from beginning to end.

Nothing I do not recommend this hotel. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel we had booked was unavailable due to renovations. Instead of providing accommodations of the same quality, we were moved to a much lower-quality hotel next door. The replacement hotel was significantly below the standard of the property we had reserved, yet we were charged the same price, including an additional 3% credit card processing fee. The room was disappointing, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the quality shown in the original listing. We were never given a meaningful choice or an equivalent alternative. I reported the issue to Booking.com and submitted photos and documentation, but I have not received a response or resolution. This experience left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed. If you book this property, be aware that you may not receive the accommodations you actually reserved.

Notre arrivée tard dans la nuit a été prise en charge avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. L'enregistrement a été rapide, fluide et efficace, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. La chambre était lumineuse, spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable et disposait de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Chaque matin, nous avons apprécié un petit-déjeuner frais, savoureux et suffisamment varié pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Du début à la fin de notre séjour, tout était parfaitement organisé, ce qui a rendu notre expérience particulièrement agréable.

This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I had during my trip. The room was immaculately clean, well maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, which I really appreciated after spending the day exploring the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Their exceptional hospitality transformed a great hotel into in truly memorable place to stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Its location was very central to all Hanoi major attractions and the sidestreet shopping areas. Buffet Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The staff are all amazing from our check-in to checkout. Receptionists Jenny exceptionally facilitate and made our stay wonderful, allowing us to freshen up on our arrival. Booked us transportation. Receptionist Lynn kindly provide our needs on our checkout. All kitchen staff wonderfully treat us nice during our breakfast. Thank you. Nearest to most Hanoi landmarks and coffee shops that we are looking for, safe neighborhoods place. Clean building, all breakfast food so good with lots of choices especially fruits and fresh eggs and soup. GOLDEN SUN HOTEL the best hotel in the heart of Hanoi, Vietnam ?? None
