Would not recommend. If booking make sure to message to confirm time you are checking I didn’t and the cancelled my booking. When I arrived late during night they charged me double the original price set. The beds were rock hard, very strong smell of urine all over building.

Actually what we did like is that the owner tried his best to please us. Staff are helpful tho to fix as much as they could but helpless. The rooms were so old or the building it self, bathrooms are with unpleasant smell, showers were not maintain well with visible mineral deposits in it. Air conditions are not really functional. Worst is that there’s construction right beside our room started early morning which woke us up, we are so tired from our trip to Sapa and we need a good night rest. Anyway, we paid the full amount in CASH, and he moved us to another hotel which they also own in the city, we inspect the structures but of course we don’t have a choice since they refused to refund our payment, then the replacement hotel is a nightmare! Broken shower heater considering it’s cold and air condition filters were so dusty as if century old without cleaning it’s then we decided to move again without asking a refund we gave it all for our comfort coz they won’t give it anyways. Staff tried their best but they could not fix it right away and we are so tired from our tour. The door of our bathroom is hard to close and open as it already stuck.

Nothing Poor facilities, smelly. So many mosquitoes that i barely sleep even after change of rooms. No soundproof. Not worth for your money. Owner even asked me to cancel my room while i am staying in it. Really…

Extremly hard and uncomfortable beds. Disrupting lights from the room next door which was going through the window to our bathroom, where the doors couldnt be closed. Disrupting noises from the outside. Bathroom stinks. Room wasnt clean at all (the beds were clean at least)

Flexible booking/extension Different rates for day and night. The place is not clean. The area is crowded right by a market and difficult to navigate through during rush hour. Very noisy.

The location and the price were great! Every time someone used water there was a noise of the water boiler. We lived on the last 6 floor and the noise was annoying
