Our stay for one night was excellent! The room was spacious enough and clean. The bathroom was equally clean with a bathtub which is very rare. The breakfast had a variety of items and the food was tasty. The staff at the restaurant, front desk and the bellboy all were very friendly and courteous. The location is very close to the lake, restaurants and shopping. If you like to be around the hustle and bustle of the old quarter, I would recommend this place. I have also booked the room for two nights for the following weekend, just after check out. Wanted a queen size bed but was not available.

Good location in the Old Town. Plenty of cafes and spas for good value massages. Easy walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Water Puppet Theatre show. I'm late 60's and could walk it there and back easily. The hotel itself was fine. No complaints. The Staff were excellent.

When making up the room, housekeeping neglected to replenish toilet paper and bar soap and replace towels left on the floor. Front desk very responsive in bringing items to the room so overall just a minor inconvenience.

The room was as shown and everything was clean The room I got was looking at the street and the noise was loud until late in the evening, so if someone is a light sleeper I would recommend to ask for a room far from the street

Clean. Comfortable, great location. Excellent staff. Tony, the manager, went above and beyond arranging tours from the hotel and taking care of a few special requests. He is a star!

The service of the employees is super. The shower was really poor. You have to charge it in the room we were in.
