Mai Hotel

I liked each and every bit of my Stay. Enjoyed a lot good stay added extra peace and happiness to our trip. Good work by hotel in maintaining cleanliness.

The room with the sauna was great! Really good for the price and a nice way to escape the chaos of Hanoi. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The younger man at the reception was really nice and helpful, he welcomed me well and helped me with everything! The other man at the reception who was there on my second day was not helpful at all. He looked annoyed and I didn’t feel welcome by him, more like an intruder. All the staff didn’t speak English what made it hard sometimes, but with google translate worked well. Besides that the communication between the staff is not good. I discussed to extend the room and everything seemed well and smooth untill the other receptionist told me totally different information. In the end everything worked out well, but it was a bit of a stressful and confusing situation for me.

The bed was comfortable pillows too. The staff were my fave so accomodating always happy and cheerful. There is stairs but they have someone take up your luggage for you. The hot water does nt last long we didnt mind as we are used to conserving energy and water.

What I like an about was the service, they let us in earlier than standard check in time even for free And we really appreciate that a lot since my husband was not feeling well .

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, good variety of TV channels. I would stay their again. It was a bit far away from restaurants

Mai love hotel in the heart of Dong Da District. The room was clean and very nice. The staff were really helpful and lovely. Worth the money, I was upgraded to experience the newly completed room which was very nice and clean with a unique open style decor. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!!

I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice ? There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool. Air conditioning didn't work very well.

Very very good hotel! The staff is very friendly, polite and kind. Cleaning was done on time and thoroughly. The rooms are in perfect order. Beautiful interior and rooms! All issues are resolved instantly. I recommend this hotel to everyone! I have very good impressions of the Vietnamese! Thanks everyone for a great time!
