It was cheap Aircon doesn't work, TV doesn't work, fridge doesn't work, no plugs by the bed, no hot water, horrible smell in the room, constant loud noises outside my room, staff watching videos on their phone at 2am, screaming children outside the room at 9am. No towels provided, no shower gel provided (but condoms and lotion were), door makes a loud scraping noise when you walk in. This hotel does not look like the pictures at all, so far away from everything. Total rip off

The bed is amazing as it was huge

The facilities are moderate and sufficient, not diverse, but compared to a hotel in the capital, it is considered good. The room is bright, not outdated, the quality is still there, clean, tidy, furniture is easy to adjust. The staff is friendly, easy to communicate, polite.

Dirty and cigarret smell

No smoking sign in the receptionist area but then you see the receptionist guy smoking and used smoke buds on the waiting area table. I couldn't handle the smell of smoke while waiting there for check in time because he wouldn't let me check in early so I kept vomiting in the restroom there. Had to go outside for fresh air, but then dirty trash was everywhere so had to book a taxi and go around for 6 hours before we can check in. I paid the receptionist guy the amount of the booking then he gave me the keys. When I checked out, he just told me that would be 350,000 vnd so I'm like for what. He asked if I had a booking and I said yes and pulled it up for him on my phone. He looked at it for awhile then said everything is good then I left.

It was fine. I needed to stay there before going to Sapa. You have to have low expectations in Vietnam. The services are cheap but low-quality. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and they brought me some food for the Lunar New Year and let me check in sooner Cockroaches in the room. It wasn't possible to close the window. So it was quite cold in the room. One night somebody came to have quick sexual intercourse in the next room they were quite loud. And there was quite a strong smell of cigarettes on the premises and in the room.

I moved to another hotel because the hotel did not live up to the pictures they showed at all. Furthermore, it was not clean at all. There was lipstick on the bed linen and stains. There was a strong smell of cigarettes, and it was obvious that the bed linen I received had been used. The whole experience was disgusting.

Honestly, the rent here is pretty cheap, the location is good, and staff are very friendly. They even let me leave my luggage and stay there after I checked out Although the furnishings are complete and the room smells nice, it’s quite old, especially the bathroom. The room cleaning wasn’t thorough, with old items like toothbrushes and shampoo sachets from previous guests still left in the room. The soundproofing is also poor, and the housekeeping staff in the morning can be quite noisy ?. However, overall, they are very friendly and lovely.

Comfortable big bed. Nice bathroom, hot shower. Good location.
