The facility is well-prepared and clean. The staff are very friendly and cute. Highly recommend this place for you. The price is reasonable. The 1st floor is a coffee shop, you can order your favorite drink and the staff will bring it in front of the door for you. I will book again if I come back HN. A very little thing is sometimes there is smelly inside the bathroom (I think it is from the sewer line).

The host and staff were very friendly, we booked two days as our flight was early and before check-in time but she charged only one night as we didn't stayed in previous day. she was very helpful and arranged airport pick-up.

Good stuff location near main road and mini mart But far from old quarter around 30 min. Hotel have elevator. Bed have good sleep. cover bed feel old smell a little.

On my first night in Hanoi, I had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff is really pleasant, caring, and competent, and they are always welcome and supportive of my family during the vacation. The bed was comfy, and the bedroom was really delightful. After a full day of sightseeing in Hanoi, I slept extremely soundly. The hotel is reasonably priced and provides outstanding service. I will recommend to my friends that they return to Hanoi and enjoy the hotel's services the next time they visit.
