There was a lot of street noise (sounded like construction), more than I experienced in 7 hotels across Vietnam. Sleeping was very difficult.

Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. The facilities were modern, well maintained and very comfortable. Hotel layout was stunning with lush green plants beautifully placed throughout the property. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options. Only stay one night but will definitely stay longer next time.

The Christmas decorations were very nice with cinnamon scent. The breakfast selection and location were a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel is quiet but a bit far from Ho Kem Lake.

Fantastic hotel and great value for money. The hotel was very modern and clean. The best was the staff who were extremely welcoming and helpful. Especially Ngoc at reception who helped me out even though it was really busy. I only stayed for one night but I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi 10/10.
