We were there on a Friday night walked out the hotel door and it was a whole street of local markets, the location is by far the best , 150mts and you are at the lake. Just the perfect location, Buffet breakfast is probably close to being the best I have ever had, great selection of foods and fresh fruit l, pastries, hot western food, hot Vietnamese food and cereals. We were on level 6 all by ourselves only 1 hotel room on 6th floor and maybe the only downside there is another room on level 6 and it’s the room attendants storage room so they are there early and you do hear the ghost noises haha obviously if they need something during the night they do come up but it wasn’t bad but they are there pretty early.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect! We wish that it had a pool, but understand that the location may have prevented that.

Perfect location in old town near the lake. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable. Great breakfast! There is no common area to hang out. And the spa is not open and operating currently.

Location. The night markets from Friday through Sunday are right outside the hotel and everything else was a walking distance. I guess we picked the wrong room as the only windows we had was looking out on sides of the building and the bathroom had no shades for privacy. I don’t think anyone could see us in there but not having the option to block the view felt uncomfortable.

The staff were so welcoming, kind, and attentive. The location was excellent, even though it was in the heart of the old quarter our room was quite quiet. This is a minnor thing and quite common in this area of the world but the beds were quite firm.

Really great location in the old quarter. My room did not have a window but it was so quiet. Works for me. The king size bed with lovely soft linen. Breakfasts was excellent with Vietnam dishes plus fried eggs, bacon, a selection of breads and a fresh made omelette if you want one. Finally the staff were wonderful. Carried the bags, good English, always smiling. Have I said enough? Book your room today
