Staff were truly welcoming, generous, kind, spoke English well, were very helpful, etc. They genuinely seemed eager to help. And the room was awesome: nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!

The manager gave us an upgrade to a King Suite at level four. The room is clean and the space is big for a suite. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The A.C of the room was fairly weak and not cool enough to cover the entire suite and the living room area was rather warm . So the porter has to bring in standalone fan to circulate the air and we appreciated that. It took a while to cool down eventually.

Incredible staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. This was my second time staying at the hotel and they took my feedback from the first time and installed a small blind to make sure no light would come in through the window at night. I greatly appreciated that. Location and comfort are excellent and the breakfast is very good with different options. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Nothing. Everything was excellent:)

Wet clean, great central location, very comfortable beds. But what I liked the most was the amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful. They really Mae sure you have the best stay possible and will help you with any travel or tour arrangements. Highly recommend! :) Nothing :)

Perfect location in Old Quarter. Close to the night markets, has an amazing Vietnamese restaurant right next to the hotel. Good if you want to walk around and experience what the old quarter can offer. Lots of places close by to eat and drink. Nothing .. I loved it and will book it again for the next trip soon. Hopefully I manage to get a room.

Front desk staff and breakfast. Facilities so limited, room is small, you just don’t know where to put your stuff. Some staff in the Spa quite pushy and loud., the linens quite smelly.

Great location, helpful staff, great sky bar with a good view of the city. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. Larger room than other hotels we stayed at in the city.

The staff was super helpful Tissue paper was scarce. They said that the management had certain alloted of tissue paper. To me it is such a small item but an important item for any guest. We were down with colds that time that is why we consumed a lot of tissue. We had to buy outside because we were told there is certain allotment only.

Really well located. In the old quarter and close to all main attractions. Staff amazing. All of them so lovely and friendly. Checking all the time our needs. As we had an early check out they organized an early break fast to go. So kind from them.

The only thing that bothered me a little was that the window was blocked in some way, which made it feel like the room was in the basement, even though it was actually upstairs.

Many great things about this hotel but the staff were the best of any of our stays in Vietnam.. Selena was exceptionally helpful regarding booking tours and really good at understanding and responding to our needs.. Jamie had fantastic WhatsApp communication at all points during our stay.. She also gave great advice on Markets and tourist locations from the front desk.. Vicky was additionally very helpful with your options and general support.. All staff spoke great English and were just super helpful beyond all of our previous hotel experience.. I definitely recommend this hotel 100 percent.. Absolutely nothing...Maybe breakfast a little low on western type choices but that has been typical in Vietnam..
