Clarion Hotel BWI Airport Arundel Mills

Never received fresh towels,had to go find housekeeping every time we put our towels out, they never replaced. The website is very misleading,rooms are like a cheep hotel at a truck stop.

It was close to the mall I enjoyed it on a honeymoon The pool wasn't open my wife wanted that and it was a honeymoon like I said you should please put that in your brochure or online let people know the pool was closed

The breakfast was OK. I thought that she would've been some fruit maybe meat but it was just bread for toast and batter for waffles and jelly with cereal and oatmeal. The television didn't work and it was hard to get someone to come up and fix it when I get there. There was no one at the front desk. Had to wait for a period of time. Overall, the room was OK, but I didn't feel very comfortable. The hallways were very dirty.

It's dirty, they have bed bugs, it's dirty !! Breakfast is bad ! Nasty ! Nothing !

Broken toilet flushing bowl, after contacting maintenance not fixed. I fixed the too-long chain by myself to prevent water from draining all the time. Poor breakfast as well, just toast, coffee, and butter. I will try to avoid this hotel in the future. It needs a strong makeover to be acceptable

I only liked the distance from the hotel to the event I was attending. I didn't like that they only had 1 sat of towels for 3 guest, I had yo go call and then go down to the front desk to ask for more. The room smelled, had to open the sliding door to air it out. The refrigerator did not work so my food went bad. And they refused to compensate me for it. The breakfast was waffles and cereal. But the beds were comfortable.

Exceptional

Hotel was under construction, had to change room due to the AC not working, the breakfast was very slim to nothing, couldn't get the room clean due to housecleaning leaving in the afternoon, had to purchase washcloths due to there only being 1 in the room

Disappointing

Place is under construction. Breakfast was a joke. Toast, coffee and juice. Would not recommend this place!

Old wall paper... Old carpet.. old lamps... There was a guy in the hallway a homeless man at 1am on Saturday when I came off the elevator of the 6th floor. The Manager first offered me a refund then she said she was not going to give me back my money. I will not be staying there again.

Location Needed the toilet fixed and no one ever showed up. No breakfast like promised. Was just cereal.

Absolutely nothing ! The carpets on every floor I was on had a strong mildew smell. The chairs in lobby were dirty and had grease spots all over them . The furniture in the room looked old and was chipped and was dirty inside the drawers .

Convenient and off of 95 The staff couldn’t see my reservation off of booking and try to make me pay again, I’ve stayed here multiple times and this was the worst time I’ve ever been, there was a tampon that was open outside of my door on the floor, the elevator floors were super sticky like they have been mopped with dirty water and stay that way my entire stay, the towels were unusable, and the room was terrible in a stunk, and I’ve never seen this hotel as dirty as it’s been right now. They are only utilizing two floors. So you would think that the hotel can remain clean no I feel like they stopped caring.
