The Hotel at Arundel Preserve

Clean rooms. Bed somewhat comfortable, it was a little hard but I slept well. Close to lots of attractions. Bathroom was very clean. Staff was responsive to extra needs. It was a very busy weekend for them because of the BTS concert and they handled it well.

One elevator was down and it took a long time to get to the room. Got to the room and the key wasn’t activated. We were tired, but other than that, it was a nice stay. Room was nice, bed was a little hard.

Beautiful hotel. I wanted so bad to leave a 5-star review based on my first impression, but it’s simply impossible, solely on the account of the staff. They might smile but reject every request with condescending attitude. I had an impression that they don’t want to be bothered or maybe they just don’t like their jobs at all. My favorite was when asked about advertised shuttle to the airport, I was told to take an Uber or Lyft instead 😆

The bar should be open later into the evening.

I would have enjoyed my stay, however, my room wasn’t cleaned up and this made me feel uncomfortable.

Every time I fly home, this hotel is always my first choice. I'd like the maintenance staff to regularly inspect the rooms for any plumbing issues, such as sink or tub.

Overall stay was excellent! Some room service was all I was missing.

No issues checking in. Property very clean and room very spacious and comfortable.

Hotel staff was friendly, especially the night security guard! He was so sweet. Restaurants attached to the hotel were very good. A bit expensive but good portion sizes and the food was great. Everywhere was clean, even the parking garage. My only complaint is that there isn’t a discount code for using the parking garage at the hotel. It’s the same price as parking anywhere else and you HAVE to park in their garage.

I Definitely will return. A beautiful place to stay plus the restaurants was amazing. Grill Fire breakfast was 🔥

Clean room, spacious w easy garage parking. You do need to download an app to register your car for monitoring/payment. Staff was helpful and there is a shuttle to bwi.

Very nice place…. Staff was friendly and helpful, my room was extremely clean and up to date furnishings. You can’t go wrong with this one.
