Everything is better. Nothing to complain about. My sister had faced sickness when she arrived at Haridwar. Hotel management helped us in this troubled times. Restaurant is available downstairs and the quality and quantity of food is so good. Alles okay ( Everything is Fine) I can say this is the best hotel on Haridwar .Just plan the trip on exact dates.

The hotel was hopless. I paid for 2 night but check out in a day Breakfast and dinner was below standard. Not clean as well. Food was not on time. Staff need customer service training. The receptionist dint wanted to give receipts for payment. Paid for 2 night and checkout within a day.

The rooms are spacious and cleanliness. The facilities provided in room such has hot water in bathroom. The restraunt had limited food options.

Lovely meals and caring manager & staff in clean restaurant . Average room.Poor bathroom design, shower water easily goes outside unit and can be slippery.Bath mats and handtowels only provided on request. Reception staff seem to apply hefty markup on any services. Quoted 3900 for airport Innovo taxi that we managed to get for 2400 directly. Ripoff prices paid for basic laundry.

recently renovated Just to get hot water, you have to make calls to reception. This is not expected when you pay 9000 Rs as room charges (equivalent to 5 star hotel with no facilities)

Easy access to main areas like Har ki Pauri. Clean, lovely rooms. Great service. Excellent soundprofing. Location is not very pretty, but this is no fault of the hotel! It can get noisy, but the soundproofing is is excellent, so you won't hear anything inside the room.
