The hotel staff and manager were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the lady at the reception—she treated us like her own family, just like a mother would. Her warmth and helpful nature made our stay even more memorable. All the staff members were equally helpful and attentive. Truly a great experience! While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the property itself needs a lot of attention. The place looked a bit shady at night, which made us uncomfortable. The rooms were quite small, with paint peeling off the walls and a ceiling that looked poorly maintained. The biggest issue was with hot water—we had to wait over 2 hours, and even then, only one person could bathe before the water ran cold again. The next person had to wait another hour. Additionally, the bedsheets and towels provided were not clean, which was disappointing. This property has potential, but it definitely requires better maintenance and hygiene standards.

Room was big and beautiful, staff was helpful. Cleaning was not appropriate, the quilt cover wasn't fresh, cups and glass were dirty however it was changed after the complaint. There was a lizard and insects in the room as well.

Only the clean room. Room was clean but there was only 1 socket working in the whole room. T. V was not working. Electricity was not there half of the day.
